I am trying to build compiler-rt on a x86_64 machine using clang. [LLVMdev] Building Compiler-RT on Windows
Has anyone built Compiler-RT on Windows? I am attempting to compile it for ARM, but I get errors from CMake. It appears to be trying to pass VC++ flags to Clang. I am using a version of Clang built from trunk. PS D:\llvm\arm_test\compiler-rt-build> cmake -G Ninja -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=clang.exe -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=clang++.exe -DCM AKE_RC_COMPILER=rc.exe -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS=""

compiler-rt fails to find <stdarg.h> on FreeBSD
I'm unsure why this is failing this week, but when I build for FreeBSD HEAD, I now get a failure to find <stdarg.h>. Very strange. Maybe its missing a -I /usr/include somewhere? Building LLVM with LLVM
Hi folks! I'm trying to build LLVM with LLVM on Ubuntu using the commands below. Building it with the GNU stuff (cpp, gcc, g++ and binutils packages) works, but after removing it, moving LLVM to /usr/local and symlinking /usr/bin/ld to ld.lld, I'm getting the following: === snip === -- The C compiler identification is Clang 8.0.1 -- The CXX compiler identification is Clang 8.0.1 -- The

[LLVMdev] cmake+ninja build error for compiler-rt sources
Hi All, I am first time trying build CLANG+LLVM using cmake+ninja build system. I updated all my CLANG+LLVM sources to current trunk, and I successfully built it using classic *make* build system. But, trying to build the same with cmake+ninja build system resulting in following build failures for compiler-rt sources. Am I missing something basics here? ==================== cmake command used:

I'm seeing this too. CC'ing the author ubsan stuff. Richard, I know you were OK with only supporting Clang-bootstraps, but I don't think that's terribly viable here. We should be able to build ubsan's runtime with standards conforming code unless there is some fairly extreme reason not to... I'd sort of hope to treat optional sanitizer runtimes

I don't know what executable to point it to for SVN because, like I said before, I just right click where I want to check something out and click what I need in the context menu.
