Here's some info on TLS. Review D18960 has the initial implementation
for TLSDESC support: http://reviews.llvm.org/D18960

Yes, the driver and upsd need to agree on the path to the socket.
From the FreeBSD ports tree:

state of the lld linker for aarch64
Hi,
Some time ago there were some information about aarch64 support for the lld
linker project:
http://lld.llvm.org/open_projects.html#elf-aarch64
Right now there is no such information.
Also there is some presentation described that the simple application can
be linked using
lld:

No library found for -lshout
OS: OpenBSD 3.1
perl 5.6.1
libshout-1.0.9
Shout-1.0
Whatever I do, I cannot get Shout to see the libshout so. I'm pretty sure this is an ld problem but:
bash-2.05# ldconfig -r | grep shout
72:-lshout.2.2 => /usr/local/lib/libshout.so.2.2
orry if I'm missing something simple...happy monday.

IPv6 broken under AIX?
I've tried to get OpenSSH_3.7.1p2 to work over IPv6 under AIX 5.1.0 and
5.2.0 without success. If I configure sshd to listen to an IPv6 address
it will take the uppermost 32 bits of the IPv6 address and interpret it
as an IPv4 address.
sshd_config:
------------
ListenAddress [2001:6b0:b:1::133]
ListenAddress 130.238.4.133
ListenAddress 172.17.1.2

AHC Panic
I've finally been able to capture the panic, as now it occurs even with DDB
configured. Of the six machines I have running 6.1-RC (CVSupped today),
this is the only one that does this.

Ices-0.2.2, Lame 3.89b, FreeBSD 4.4-STABLE
I'm having more than a bit of trouble getting Ices installed with Lame support (I've been running it without Lame support for a couple of months now without much trouble. But with Lame it's not compiling. It's recognizing the libraries in the ./configure stage. gmake ends with these errors:
gmake[3]: Entering directory `/usr/local/src/ices-0.2.2/src'

CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/include"
and
LDFLAGS="-L/usr/local/lib"
in your configure environment.

Problems building 4.8 STABLE
I tried rebuilding yesterday. It failed [I don't recall the
output].
I then completely deleted the /usr/src and /usr/obj, and cvsuped
again last night [Approx 7PM on 2003-06-23]. I set the machine
up with a buildworld and went to bed.
This am I looked at the nohup.out file that was generated and it
had failed.
I took out the NOMAN=false in /etc/make.conf - as it appeared
