[LLVMdev] Color diagnostics
Looks like the binaries weren't built against tinfo correctly. [LLVMdev] Color diagnostics
Hi Hans, I used the official Ubuntu binary: http://llvm.org/releases/3.6.0/clang+llvm-3.6.0-x86_64-linux-gnu-ubuntu-14.04.tar.xz Seems to me that it should be an optional dependency. If the target system has tinfo or ncurses, it should use it, otherwise fallback to no color. On Mon, Mar 30, 2015 at 6:02 PM, Hans Wennborg <hans at chromium.org> wrote: > Hi Perry, > > On Mon, Mar

Re: error in virt-resize
I had some more ideas overnight: (1) Check that libparted0 is installed on the *host*. (2) Try to find out what libraries the parted binary requires on the host and appliance. On the host: ldd /usr/bin/parted On the appliance: virt-rescue --scratch ><rescue> ldd /usr/bin/parted (3) Remove the appliance and recreate it: rm -rf /var/tmp/.guestfs-* libguestfs-test-tool (4)

CMake vs. autotools output differences
Hello, I've spent some time hacking up the Debian packaging to use CMake instead of autotools; it's still a work in progress, but it works. It's a bit of a mess, though, primarily because there are differences in the output of the CMake and autotools builds. On my Ubuntu machine, the dependencies for clang-3.6 look like this: $ ldd /usr/bin/clang-3.6 linux-vdso.so.1 =>

stock ubuntu raring binary R 3.0.1 and accelerated blas libraries?
dear debian-R group: I am using the stock ubuntu binary R 3.0.1 for ubuntu raring but on cinnamon mint olivia 15. I read dirk's gcbd paper from a couple of years ago. it suggests that stock blas is pretty bad compared to the four main alternatives. of course, dirk also maintains the binaries for debian/ubuntu R, so he probably knows the answer off hand. I installed libatlas3-base

Need a package
I have rpms for xemacs 21.5.27-8.fc8. I *think* they will work on Centos 5? If not I can get the sources. However, at this point, I have one of those dependency hell problem. I need, for now, libtinfo. Does anyone now what package it is in? Thanks, Bob -- Bob Taylor <bob8221 at gmail.com>

Alternatively, disable terminfo support via cmake/configure. Joerg

Build R with MKL and ICC
After a few days of reading and headache, I finally gave a try at building R from source with Intel MKL and ICC. Documentation and posts on this topic are rather incomplete, sometime fantasist et do not give much explanations about configure options. As I am not sure if mine is correct, I would appreciate some advices and hints. OS: Fedora 22 parallel_studio_xe_2016 Hardware : 8 Thread(s) per
