This question has been asked occasionally with no positive responses. Has anybody had success compiling glib with clang/llvm? If so, can you share any details? Hi, Rafael Inlined asm markup inside functions and on the top level is used to split asm prologue/epilogue parts in very fine-grained manner. So, splitting source c won't give the same result. I remember reading all those examples about how a big repo isn't an issue and when sitting at some ${LOCATION} I have 1010101010Gbps and it takes like 30 seconds.. I did not realize that '--enable-llvm' was required and that invalidates my debug build results which were built just with LLVM on the path. I am now getting a segmentation fault when doing a 'make install' on LLVM-GCC4, possibly validating my original thoughts that GCC 4.1.1 was required to build LLVM-GCC 4.0.1.
