[LLVMdev] Next Cambridge LLVM Social
Hi all, A bit ahead of schedule, I want to announce the next LLVM social on the 21st October (Wed), because it'll be on a different place: The Tivoli, Chesterton Road http://www.jdwetherspoon.co.uk/home/pubs/the-tivoli It's not as close to the train station as The Cambridge Blue, but it's not too far either. David Chisnall tells me it's a much nicer pub, and much cheaper than

Cambridge LLVM Social, May 25th
This Cambridge social will be next week, Wed 25th, 7:30 pm, at the Cambridge Blue. Some people mentioned the need for a different pub. I'm all ears. In case of no replies, the Blue it is. :) When in doubt, check the calendar before leaving home. Socials' calendar shows the time and place:

Hi! There's nothing on the calendar for this month? Anton just mentioned to me that it was today, so just trying to clear up some confusion. Thanks, Joey On 12 September 2012 04:12, Wojciech Meyer <wojciech.meyer at gmail.com> wrote: > Renato Golin <rengolin at systemcall.org> writes: > > > Just a reminder, the Cambridge LLVM Social is this Wednesday, 7:30pm >

Yes, well, we haven't got around scheduling the next one. If no one objects, I'll set 26th as the next tentative date (roughly a month after the previous one). cheers, --renato On 12 September 2012 13:07, Joey Gouly <joel.gouly at gmail.com> wrote: > Hi! > > There's nothing on the calendar for this month? > > Anton just mentioned to me that it was today, so just

[LLVMdev] Cambridge LLVM Social
Hello again LLVM people in Cambridge (or London, or places similarly easily accessible on the train), We plan on holding the next Cambridge LLVM social on Wednesday the 20th of June, from 7:30pm onwards, in The Cambridge Blue: http://www.the-cambridgeblue.co.uk/blueroadmap.html The pub does food as well as beer, so at least some of us will be eating there. I hope to see you there, David

Hello any LLVM people in or near Cambridge (the original one, not the knock-off in Massachusetts), Chandler's closing speech at EuroLLVM indicated that LLVM developers on this side of the pond don't spend as much time in the pub as our Californian counterparts and that this was an important thing to address. To address this, I propose that we start a regular Cambridge LLVM social. The

Cambridge LLVM Social, Sep 6th
The next Cambridge Social will be pushed a bit further into September, because of the holidays and the LLVM Cauldron. It'd be nice to welcome international LLVMers on the cauldron week. But that also forces the day of the week to be on a Tuesday. With the Cauldron in Hebden Bridge, people will be traveling on Wednesday evening and there would be no point in holding the social then. So, the

The Boathouse is nice - on the river and with reasonable beer and food. The Old Spring is also quite nice, has big tables outside, and is usually quite quiet midweek.
