[LLVMdev] Mips instructions using llvm?
Hi Eli,
What do you mean by "kind of vague" ? So does not guarantee to generate correct instructions ?
I just tried what you said but getting following error ? Any ideas ? What I did is clang hello.c -S -target mips-unknown-linux
Error: In file included from hello.c:1In file included from /usr/include/stdio.h:28/usr/include/features.h:323:10 fatak error 'bits/predefs.h' file not

[LLVMdev] wiki page for how to run llvm-test suite for mips using qemu user mode
I've made a wiki page for running test-suite for Mips using qemu user
mode and from the tip of tree llvm.
https://dmz-portal.mips.com/wiki/Building_test-suite_and_running_it_under_Qemu
Previous we had lots of custom scripts and modifications to llvm
test-suite tip of tree to to do this but this wiki makes all of that
obsolete now and we can run everything from tip of tree.

[PATCH] mips: setjmp: allow working with fpxx/fp64 abi
This patch is needed to allow klibc to be compiled on a mips compiler configured
to use the FPXX ABI (which is in GCC 5). In that ABI the odd numbered FPU
registers cannot be used directly, but they can be accessed using the double
word sdc1 and ldc1 instructions.
See this page for more info:

[LLVMdev] Is there any tool can generate MIPS ELF file?
Thank you very much for your information and documents!
Why Imagination Technologies do not offer the latest MIPS ABI document
download link just like the ISA docs? If they thought no much people
interested in that doc, they had to make greate effort on compiler
like GCC,LLVM by themself, then why GCC disagree with some MIPS ABI, it
should be freely designed by MIPS ABI designer and compiler

[LLVMdev] Is there any tool can generate MIPS ELF file?
> So in summary, each step is ABI compatible with the previous step. The linker will ensure that the end-user doesn't try to do the second step before the first step is finished since it will refuse to link a binary that contains both O32 and O32+fp64. It will produce an O32 binary given a combination of O32+fpxx, and similarly a O32+fp64 binary given a combination O32+fpxx and O32+fp64.

[LLVMdev] configure with clang vs gcc
I need to leave soon and will take a look in the morning.
I did look at the autoconf input files configure.ac
There is a disable-zlib but not a disable-valgrind, even though it seems
like there used to be.
You can find scripts on the internet when you google of people adding
disable-valgrind to configure.
I can probably implement disable-valgrind in configure.ac.

[LLVMdev] make check-all failing 18 tests with --enable-optimized
I don't know about the LLVM errors, but I have seen the Clang error before. It occurs because the test is not path independent. In Preprocessor/macro_paste_c_block_comment.c you have 'nog grep scratch', which means that you can't have 'scratch' in your path. I think this should be reported as a bug.

Hi Matheus,
Thank you for your information! Do you known where do download MIPS
ABI/EABI document? Thanks in advance!

[LLVMdev] Asm syntax of Mips m[tf]cX coprocessor instructions
Jeremy,
Could you send/attach a small test case that demonstrates the problem?
It doesn't need to go past the stage that creates a .o.
Also, what version of gnu as are you using?
Unless it conflicts with a fundamental llvm/clang philosophy, we are trying to keep Mips assembly compatible with AS.
Also, keep in mind that the Mips llvm assembler is current development and is not considered

Reflecting internal connections to public IP back into network?
I''ve got a Shorewall firewall setup that''s similar to the standard 3
interface configuration (net, loc, dmz). Several ports are forwarded from the
internet to computers in the dmz. I''d like to have any connections to that
same public IP address from either loc or dmz to be treated exactly as if
they were coming in from the internet itself.
There''s some

[LLVMdev] Using llvm-mc assembler in the llvm test-suite
Has anyone converted llvm/projects/test-suite to use the llvm assembler instead of gcc?
If so, what was needed to change and how?
My assumption is that this would be a good way to test the llvm assembler.
