Android client capable of NUT monitoring, exists and can be made better
Hello all,
A recent issue discussion pointed me to an Android app called
"apcupsd-monitor", which is in fact *also* capable of NUT and Eaton IPM
(via XML/HTTP?) protocols, and looks quite neat for a mobile dashboard:

Icecast source client for Android with Opus support
I wanted to send out a little note to the Opus/Xiph list about my Kickstarter project for Cool Mic, an open source Icecast source client for Android (I hope it's not out of line that I do. I'm hoping to grab your attention for just a minute to tell you about it. For those also on the Icecast user list I apologize for the cross-post).
Cool Mic is an open-source Icecast 2.x source client.

[LLVMdev] Adobe LCVM Opportunity
Hello,
I am part of the Talent Acquisition team at Adobe and I am working on a critical role right now for our LCVM Group within Adobe's Flash organization. LLVM experience is required, and I have noticed quickly how hard it is to find. I thought I would e mail this group to see if you know of anyone who might be interested in having an opportunistic conversation, or wouldn't mind sharing

Somewhat off topic: Building Android on CentOS 5.4
I asked this question on android-platform at googlegroups.com but never
received a response. I suspect most (if not all) people compiling the
Android platform are using some version of Ubuntu ... hence the lack of
response. I would not normally cross post but am hopeful that another
CentOS 5.4 user (not on the android-platform forum) might have
successfully built the Android platform. I would

[LLVMdev] Assertion failure in MC emitter running LLVM libs on Android using android-ndk
Hello,
I am encountering a strange assertion failure using the LLVM libraries cross-compiled for Android using the Android NDK. I am using the official release of LLVM-2.9.
The IR which is causing the assertion failure is the following:
define void @__construct_Byte__Integer(i8* nocapture %byteLValue, i32 %integerRValue) inlinehint {
entry:
%0 = trunc i32 %integerRValue to i8

[LLVMdev] Botan and Android
Hi Jack,
I'm almost there with Android..... I've actually got the static and
dynamic libraries built. I'm choking on the test suite.
Do you want to take a shot at working around Android and [embedded,
lame] STLport?
I would try removing the call to rend() in std::map<_Key, _Tp,
_Compare, _Alloc>::rend(). But I really should not modify program
code. Fiddling with a Makefile is
