[LLVMdev] Nightly Tester Volunteers
Dear All, I need one or more volunteers to try out their nightly testers with the -usesvn option. We're not running on here at the University of Illinois regularly, so if someone could try one of theirs out before tomorrow 9:00 am CDT, I'd be very appreciative. Thanks. -- John T.

[LLVMdev] Report on Recent Outages
Dear All, Some community members have contacted me directly regarding recent outages of the LLVM services. While I'm no longer a University of Illinois employee, old habits die hard, so I asked around. :) First, a storage array at UIUC developed issues over the weekend. The UIUC IT people were on it, but the first fix did not appear to work as expected, causing performance degradation

[LLVMdev] RFC: Remove AArch64 backend & rename ARM64 -> AArch64
Hi all, Thanks to everyone's hard work over the last few months, the last child of the AArch64/ARM64 merge issue (http://llvm.org/PR19392) has just been resolved. So I think it's time to finish the job. I'd like to delete the AArch64 target and move ARM64 into its place: for now we'll accept both aarch64 and arm64 triples in all places, and they will all be redirected to the

Mailing list / dovecot.org down this weekend
Apparently the building where dovecot.org server is located will lose its electricity for something like 9-26 hours this weekend. During this time the mailing list will be down, but the web, hg and wiki will be available in another server. (Well, the wiki depends on if I can get moinmoin fixed on the server.) -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...

xiph.org server replacement this weekend
Everyone, We're replacing the server that hosts xiph.org and attendent services this weekend. This will help with the load issues and flakiness we've been seeing. All the sites will be down during the changeover, and it will take a few hours to get all the services back up on the new hardware. We appreciate your patience. If you have an account on the server, now would be a good time

[LLVMdev] *IMPORTANT* LLVM server downtime this weekend
The LLVM server will be offline this weekend (2/19-2/21). You will not have access to the website, svn, bugzilla, etc during this time. The mailing lists should not be affected. I can not give an exact time estimate, but starting friday afternoon until Sunday night. I'll try to keep the downtime to a minimum. Once I know more, I will send mail to the list. Thanks, Tanya

lists.gluster.org issues this weekend
Hello folks, We have discovered that for the last few weeks our mailman server was used for a spam attack. The attacker would make use of the + feature offered by gmail and hotmail. If you send an email to example at hotmail.com, example+foo at hotmail.com, example+bar at hotmail.com, it goes to the same inbox. We were constantly hit with requests to subscribe to a few inboxes. These requests

FW: is.weekend() odd behaviour
Kurt, Uwe suggested I write to you as maintainer of chron ... at the start of is.weekend, in the check on the argument type, maybe just change chron() to as.chron()? This would ensure as.chron.POSIXt gets called on POSIXt arguments, and (I think) fixes the problem. I tested and it seems ok. No warning/error required. > is.weekend function(x) { if(!inherits(x, "dates"))
