[LLVMdev] LoopInterchange Pass
Hi,   I developed a Loop Interchange pass. Please take a look. I have not incorporate data dependence analysis check. [LLVMdev] How to unroll loops in opposite loop nest order

[LLVMdev] runtime assert failure when trying to obtain analysis pass info within a transformation pass
I am having problems passing analysis results to transformation passes, so I reduced my testcase into the following bare bone: Pass1: simple FunctionPass, counting functions Pass2: transformation pass, for now, just trying to obtain a reference of Pass1 using AU.getAnalysis<Pass1>() inside its runOnFunction(). When I run it, I get the following runtime error: opt -load

[LLVMdev] [PATCH] Split LoopUnroll pass into mechanism and policy
Hi All, the attached patch performs the splitting in the proposed manner. before applying the patch, please execute svn cp lib/Transforms/Scalar/LoopUnroll.cpp lib/Transforms/Utils/UnrollLoop.cpp to make the patch apply and preserve proper history. Transforms/Utils/UnrollLoop.cpp contains the unrollLoop function, which is now used by the LoopUnroll pass. I've also moved the

Regarding the project "Create LoopNestPass"
Hi, I would like to give a quick update on what my current design and implementation go like. Basically, the `FunctionToLoopPassAdaptor` is now modified to a generic version `FunctionToLoopUnitPassAdaptor`, which allows re-using the existing codes to implement `FunctionToLoopNestPassAdaptor`, with the help of additional metadata associated with `Loop` and `LoopNest`. Both

BAD rsync, or is it bad me?
Something very scary just happened to me while I was creating a ksh script to rsync mulitple FS between two hosts. Here is the script, notice the 'i' at the end of rsync line, it got put there by mistake. You also see the contents of $FSLIST cat'd below the script. When I ran this, it started to delete files in root's home directory and place files from the fist FS,

[patch] v1 empty pass with PAM disabled still prompts for pass fix.
Setup: ------ config.h: #define USE_PAM 1 sshd_config: PasswordAuthentication yes PermitEmptyPasswords yes UsePAM no ------ With the above config, and a user with no password, logging in with v2 gives no password prompt (because auth-method none works), but in v1, a password is still prompted for (empty is accepted though, just have to press enter). If UsePAM is enabled, no prompt is

Regarding the project "Create LoopNestPass"
Hi, Thanks for your help! I've checked the sources that you mentioned. Currently, I think that I would need to implement a FunctionToLoopNestPassAdaptor which is essentially the same as the FunctionToLoopPassAdaptor but operates only on LI.getTopLevelLoops(). We might also need a LNPMUpdater (LoopNestPassManagerUpdater) which disallows adding inner-loops back into the pipeline, and
