disable automatic mapping of homefolder to Z:
folks I know this is most likely something on the W2k/XP client side but I cannot find anything about it and I'm sure some of you guys have found a way around this. When I log on to a SMB domain W2k/XP clients automatically maps the current user's homefolder to Z:. I wanna disable that but I cannot see where. Do you guys all just put up with that or has anyone found a way to at least

[LLVMdev] Code ownership for PS4 target
As you might have noticed, we’ve begun landing patches to open source the Sony PlayStation®4 system compiler. Many more are coming. I’d like to propose that I be named code owner for this platform. I already have this role internally for open source. It feels necessary to establish as part of the process to handle external contributions. ----------------------------------------- Alex Rosenberg

[LLVMdev] [cfe-dev] A problem with names that can not be demangled.
Hi David, Thanks for adding Lang and other mailing lists. Ø Is there any basis/reason to believe that the .X suffix is a better, more principled one Ø than straight X? Is that documented somewhere as a thing the demangling tools Ø will ignore? I don’t know of any documentation but the existing demangling tools, such as c++filt on linux, already stop at ‘.’. So there is precedence. Gcc

In that case. apt-get update apt-get remove samba winbind --autoremove apt-get dist-upgrade --autoremove apt-get install samba winbind libnss-winbind libpam-winbind tdb-tools apt-get dist-upgrade --autoremove --purge As long as you dont use --purge, everything of samba will stay on the system and you able to install the buster version. [LLVMdev] [cfe-dev] llvm.org bug trend
It would be really nice if our bug tracker had something like the "Issues: 30-day summary" that this jira instance has < https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE>. Another interesting statistic that might be interesting to plot alongside the "open bugs" graph is "total lines of code" (or maybe just plot the ratio "bugs/LOC"). -- Sean Silva On

This did not work. My IE 5.0 came back with an unable to locate or connect to the specified host. I know the /etc/services file was modified correctly, I checked it

[LLVMdev] [cfe-dev] Proposal to add Bitcode version field to bitcode file wrapper
As I understand it, the bitcode compatibility promise doesn't extend as far as debug info metadata (happy to be wrong here!). I think we have a usecase where need to guarantee that debug information from any two arbitrary bitcode files going into an LTO link will result in the expected/correct debug information going into the resulting ELF file; unless we can be sure that this will always
