I have a problem and I don't know which part of the mail chain could be causing it, although dovecot does seem to be the most logical source. I get multiple copies of messages to my Inbox. I have just deleted 24 copies of a newsletter from Computer Shopper. The worst example I have seen of this had more than 90 copies. This doesn't happen to any subfolder of Inbox, just Inbox

Another open question is who is responsible for inserting calls to the collector routine (or signaling a collector thread)? My impression is that this has to be done in the front-end for now since there is no support for doing this at the safe points at the moment. Is this correct? Hello, We just switched from UW to Dovecot for our mail server. The transition went smoothly, except we have some users complaining about their email clients re-downloading mail or getting multiple copies of emails.
