How to collect trees grown by rpart
Jonathan, Try making a list instead of an array. See ?list. Also, did you look into random forests? I'm not sure what you want to do, but there might be methods there to do some of the work for you. Can't boot with a new install
Hi everyone, I just finished installing FreeBSD 6 RELEASE on my Toshiba Tecra A4 laptop and the installation was fine, however, when I rebooted the machine, I don't get the boot loader screen as if the machine can not see my drive! I tried the reinstalling and ensured that I set the slice to be bootable but that didn't change anything. Not sure if this is a common issue with FreeBSD 6 on

== operand
Hi,   I am trying to compare two values using "==" operand, please take a look of the following example (I copied ALL what I did here without deleting any line)   >    bb<-1 > cc<-50 > cc==abs(bb+52) [1] FALSE > C<-53 > C<-53 > c<-53 > cc==abs(bb+52) [1] FALSE              I am expecting to see a TRUE here. Then I tried another way,   > abs(1+52)

researching options need advice
Our current infrastructure is Openldap back end with samba3 pdc. With 2003 terminal servers Using poledit.exe with policies.. We are in need of upgrade of our terminal servers. I cannot get the old way of policies to lock the server down as I need to function on Windows Server 2008. What are other people doing? I can't be the first one to run across this and can't seem to find

Researching a new computer
There is a strong possibility that I will go 64-bit with 64-bit UBUNTU in about the UBUNTU 10.10 time frame. What are the implications for wine? Thanks. :D

Researching Improved safety 4 Samba/LDAP
Some more research for my howto at http://mandrake.vmlinuz.ca/bin/view/Main/SambaThreeDomainController Some folks have let me know that it is a bad thing to have your samba server access the database as the root dn. All well and good but how do I fix this? I have the default acls listed below which look pretty good but don't I need a special user or something? It would help if I understood

Researching why different cache modes result in 'some' guest filesystem corruption..
Hi All, I've been chasing down an issue in recent weeks (my own lab, so no prod here) and I'm reaching out in case someone might have some guidance to share. I'm running fairly large VMs (RHOSP underclouds - 8vcpu, 32gb ram, about 200gb single disk as a growable qcow2) on some RHEL7.6 hypervisors (kernel 3.10.0-927.2x.y, libvirt 4.5.0, qemu-kvm-1.5.3) on top of SSD/NVMe drives

PostgreSQL driver supporting [round-robin] load balancing and redundancy [LONG]
One of the things my employer uses dovecot for is as mail download server for an 'e-mail purification service' (AV/ anti-spam) for smartphones. The service itself presently runs on a rented server somewhere in the UK and the corresponding 'web service' front-end and user account/ mail account database resides on a server in Germany. The UK dovecot server uses the PostgreSQL server

Can't connect to my mail server (postfix + dovecot, IMAP) with Thunderbird
Hi, I've a problem with Dovecot and Thunderbird. Actually I'm trying to setup a virtual host server mail with postfix + dovecot (2.0.9) on CentOS 6.2. This is my dovecot -n : http://pastebin.com/wZWAE5Cj (I guess the errors are not important, that's just saying there is some obsoletes values, I will fix that later until it's not inconvenient to setup correctly dovecot).

dom0 and domU questions..
I have recently compiled xen-4.0.1 on my machine with "make world" option. It produced xen-4.0.1.gz and vmlinuz-2.6.32.24. Many system configuration documents refer to dom0 kernel and domU kernels. Here can I assume that xen-4.0.1.gz is dom0 and vimlinuz-2.6.32.24 domU kernels? _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com
