Understanding kerberos principals in samba4
Hi, When I have a service on a client that tries to use kerberos and I get errors such as these in the log.samba file: Kerberos: UNKNOWN -- host/ubuntu-test.mydomain.net @ MYDOMAIN.NET: no such entry found in hdb Does this mean that the kerberos authentication system is looking for the principal "host/ubuntu-test.mydomain.net @ MYDOMAIN.NET" in samba4's domain or in the

[LLVMdev] Question about Global Variable
Hi, Sorry for bothering you guys again. I got problem when I am trying to recover the Global Variable Initial value. What I did is like the following ConstantArray *Cstr = dyn_cast<ConstantArray>(gI->getInitializer()); // the above instruction enable me to get the content of initial string of global variable, like char a[10] ="test global"; And then I make some change for

[LLVMdev] Question about insert call func with pionter parameter
Hi, I got a problem when I am trying to insert a call function with pointer arguments. The function C proto-type is the following, void stat_func(char *); >ConstantArray *Cstr = dyn_cast<ConstantArray>(gI->getInitializer()); ...... >Function *exFunc = M->getOrInsertFunction("stat_func", Type::VoidTy, PointerType::get(Type::SByteTy),0); >std::vector<Value*>

Character string to R object
I've been creating some R tools that manipulate objective functions for optimization. In so doing, I create a character string with R code, and then want to have it in my workspace. Currently -- and this works fine -- I write the code out, then use source() to bring it in again. Example: cstr<-"jack<-function(x){\n cat(\"Silly x:\")\n print(x) \n }\n" write(cstr,

Windows 2K outperform Linux/Samba very much?
Hi, all: I want to check small files' property(such as date, path, and so on) frequently. The files are stored in netwrok driver and their sizes vary from 2KB to 5KB. I found that Windows 2K outperform Linux/Samba very much after I campared the bench results. I am very confused about it and who can explain it? The computers' configurations are as follows: 1. Synchronization problems between Win2k8R2 and samba
Hello, I have a small test network with a Win2k8R2 DC. I've added a samba4 as second DC in this network. The join seems to run smoothly. But, after the join, this command: ldapsearch -LLL -x -H ldapi://%2Fvar%2Flib%2Fsamba%2Fprivate%2Fldap_priv%2Fldapi -b "dc=test,dc=dom" "(SAMAccountName=Administrateur)" returns some strange results: ? some attributes like unicodePwd

Trouble adding a service principal to keytab
Hi, I am new to samba and Kerberos so please be gentle! I have built a samba AD DC (v4.3.5) on Centos Linux from source and am trying to add a service principal and generate a keytab containing the principal. However the principal entry does not appear in the keytab. Here's what I did: [root at bones ~]# samba-tool spn add GEMSTONE64/bunk.gemtalksystems.com at

Rootless wiki page is not up to date?
If I run a docker image with the mesos containerizer and altering the dovecot config mentioned here[1] I think the root detection is incorrect because it looks like dovecot is still thinking it is root. I still get errors like: >> log(829825): Fatal: We couldn't drop root group privileges (wanted=10053(dovecot), gid=0(root), egid=0(root)) Why does it want to drop to root, if we

TableGen MCInstrDesc Instruction Size Zero
Dear all, I am trying to write an AsmParser and a CodeEmitter for simple ADD instruction. Here is what I have in the TestGenInstrInfo.td: *extern const MCInstrDesc TestInsts[] = {...{ 23, 3, 1, 0, 0, 0, 0x0ULL, nullptr, nullptr, OperandInfo13, 0, nullptr }, // Inst #23 = ADD8_rr...}* I parse the instruction successfully but I am not sure what I did wrong that the Size (as you can see in

Re: [PATCH 9/9] Rust bindings: Complete bindings
Patch 9 is a kind of dumping ground of all kinds of stuff. It may be better to spend some time with git rebase -i trying to work this into more coherent patches. Optimization and garch
Good day, Here I was trying to write a code for Garch(1,1) . As garch problem is more or less an optimization problem I also tried to get the algorithm for "nlminb" function. What I saw that if use this function 'nlminb" I can easyly get the estimate of parameters. But any other function is not working. I tried to write my own code for optimization using Quasi-Newton

"False convergence" in LME

(Also, the page in the

[libnbd PATCH] RFC: Add bindings for Rust language
This is just a basic ugly support, not meant to be pushed (at least for now). There is quite a lot missing, but there is an example which shows that it really works. And valgrind reports that all allocations were freed. The way the code is generated is also not nice, I wish there was more code actually written in some files and not generated by the generator (as much hard-coded static strings as
