[PATCH] Add Functions to Create Ambisonic Multistream Encoder
Hi Michael, Any particular reason you assign explicit values to your MappingType enum? If not, I'd rather not depend on the int values. Other than that, I think your patch is good to go. Cheers, Jean-Marc On 05/23/2016 01:27 PM, Michael Graczyk wrote: > Hi Jean-Marc, > > On Sat, May 21, 2016 at 1:58 PM, Jean-Marc Valin <jmvalin at jmvalin.ca> wrote: >> 1) I think

[PATCH] Add Functions to Create Ambisonic Multistream Encoder
Hi Michael, Sorry, I ended up looking at an older version and got confused. The new one looks good and I only have a few nits: 1) I think "allocation mode" should be renamed to "mapping type" or something similar that to make it less confusing. 2) After discussing with Tim, the conclusion is that we should use mapping family 254 in the short term. We can switch to mapping

patch to fix error in src/opus_multistream_encoder.c when DISABLE_FLOAT_API is defined
Hello, for your consideration. The following patch moves the channel_pos() function from within the #if !defined(DISABLE_FLOAT_API). This change is required when compiling with FIXED_POINT and DISABLE_FLOAT_API defined. #### ### diff --git a/src/opus_multistream_encoder.c b/src/opus_multistream_encoder.c index 3efab53..6f3eb53 100644 --- a/src/opus_multistream_encoder.c +++

[RFC PATCHv3] Encode optimize using libNe10
Changes from RFC PATCH v2 - fixed compile issue when just compiling for --enable-intrinsics for ARMv7 without NE10 - Notes for NE10: - All compile/link warnings are now in upstream NE10 - Only patch pending upstream in NE10 is the one that needs to add -funsafe-math-optimizations for ARMv7 targets. - Phil Wang @ ARM is working on getting this fixed. - Note that even without

[RFC PATCH v2] Encode optimize using libNe10
Changes from RFC PATCH v1: - passing arch parameter explicitly - reduced stack usage by ~3.5K by using scaled NE10 fft version - moved all optimization array functions to arm_celt_map.c - Other cleanups pointed out by Timothy Phil, As you mentioned earlier, could you please address all compile and linker errors/warnings coming out of Ne10 library? You can find my working Ne10 repo at [1] You

[Patch] Non-diegetic support for channel mapping 254
Hello all, Attached is a proposed patch for Opus that allows support for encoding non-diegetic stereo audio as a coupled stream for use with channel mapping 254. It also rejects channel counts that are not (n+1)^2 + 2j, where n is 0 to 14 and j is either 0 or 1 (See IETF public draft doc attached for clarification). Please let me know any suggestions / concerns / comments. Thank you for your

[PATCH] Add Functions to Create Ambisonic Multistream Encoder
Here is the modified patch. I added a flag to configure.ac which is set to 0 to disable ambisonics, and 1 to enable it. Right now the implementation simply creates a surround encoder with N uncoupled streams. Thanks, Michael Graczyk -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:

[RFC PATCH v1 0/5] aarch64: celt_pitch_xcorr: Fixed point series
Hi Timothy, As I mentioned earlier [1], I now fixed compile issues with fixed point and resubmitting the patch. I also have new patch that does intrinsics optimizations for celt_pitch_xcorr targetting aarch64. You can find my latest work-in-progress branch at [2] For reference, you can use the Ne10 pre-built libraries at [3] Note that I am working with Phil at ARM to get my patch at [4]

ARM NEON optimization -- celt_fir()
Hi all, This is Linfeng Zhang from Google. I'll work on ARM NEON optimization in the next few months. I'm submitting 2 patches in the following couple of emails, which have the new created celt_fir_neon(). I revised celt_fir_c() to not pass in argument "mem" in Patch 1. If there are concerns to this change, please let me know. Many thanks to your comments. Linfeng Zhang
