Hi there, I installed centos 7 -- it works great. What made me think is that installation took 1300 packages for a Desktop with some add-ons. As usual, there might be a solution for this already but I do not know it. Would it be possible to create one big package for a standard Desktop? Then an installation would not take ages. - Gergely

Hi there, I was using a ps/2 mouse. I had to connect a ps/2 keyboard. As I have only one ps/2 socket I connected an usb mouse. I have the CentOS 5.5 install DVD and trying to install with software RAID1 on two 2TB SATA drives. The CentOS install only sees one drive. This is a Supermicro motherboard with fakeraid turned off in bios.
