Why do I get pbx.c 1645 pbx_extension_helper: No application 'Voicemailman' for extension
Does VoicemailMan have to be installed ? Why not available. I have setup a mailbox in voicemail.conf and I can leave a voicemail - just cannot pickup up using *97. My *97 code in extensions.conf: exten => *97,1,Answer exten => *97,2,VoicemailMain(${CALLERIDNUM}@default) exten => *97,3,Hangup asterisk console: Verbosity was 8 and is now 12 -- Executing

provisioning with vagrant-libvirt leaves .img file only readable by root
I'm using libvirt on Debian/stretch (testing) with vagrant and the vagrant-libvirt plugin. When I import a vagrant box (jessie64.box), the resulting file permssions let anyone in the "kvm" group read the img. But when I build upon that box, only root can read it: -rw------- 1 root root 20198785024 Sep 19 18:19 buildserver_default.img -rwxr--r-- 1 libvirt-qemu kvm

The setup is based on http://www.asplund.nu/xencluster/xen-cluster-howto.html. I can start the domU (ubuntu 8.0.4.1 (64-bit)) on each server without problems. But when I start the live-migration with xm migrate dummy xen2 --live the migration

Stub domains broken in Xen 4.0?
When I try to use stubdom-dm in lieu of qemu-dm, the guest domain crashes almost immediately if I specify an emulated NIC (''vif='') in the guest configuration file. If I don''t specify a vif, it works fine. If I use the same configuration with qemu-dm instead of sutbdom-dm, it works fine. Is there some reason QEMU emulated networking doesn''t work with stub domains

vpmu=1 and running 'perf top' within a PVHVM guest eventually hangs dom0 and hypervisor has stuck vCPUS. Romley-EP (model=45, stepping=2)
This issue I am encountering seems to only happen on multi-socket machines. It also does not help that the only multi-socket box I have is an Romley-EP (so two socket SandyBridge CPUs). The other SandyBridge boxes I''ve (one socket) are not showing this. Granted they are also a different model (42). The problem is that when I run ''perf top'' within an SMP PVHVM guest,
