Use basename of external helper instead of 'no' for external supermin helpers. This gives a clear error messages what binary is actually missing, and it is now possible to install the missing package without recompiling libguestfs. We also use -runtime-variant _pic which selects the OCaml runtime linked with -fPIC. This will cause a performance regression on i686 although that probably doesn't matter now.
