indexing question
I have the following set of indices, call it idx, that correspond to the
indices of a vector say temp.
[1] 31 36 41 61 66 71 91 96 101 121 126 131 151
156 161 181 186 191 211 216 221 241 246 251 271 276 281
301 306 311 331 336 341 361 366
[36] 371 391 396 401 421 426 431 451 456 461 481 486 491

ASTCC: potential billing issue and "fix"
Before I start, I just want to say this is not necessarily a problem
with ASTCC, but may be a problem the way I have set up ASTCC (and
possibly the way others have set it up as well). The issue is that ASTCC
tries to match the pattern *anywhere* in the called number, not
necessarily only at the beginning.
I have set up ASTCC Routes like this:
1800 Tollfree Trunk1 0 0 100
1416 Canada Trunk2 0 0

Bug in my code (finding nonzero min)
Can someone verify for me if the for loop below is really calculating the
nonzero min for each row of a matrix? I have a bug somewhere in the is
section of code. My first guess is how I am find the the nonzero min of each
row of my matrix. The overall idea is to make sure I am investing all of my
money, i.e. new.set is a set of indicator variables for each stock for a
particular portfolio, i.e.

VoipJet Terms of Service
I've heard good things about VoipJet here, so I was going to set up an
account. Then I noticed their Terms of Service here:
https://www.voipjet.com/tos.php
Several things there are very concerning to me, and I'm interested in
what other people here think of them.

Splitting up Type.h: Good idea, bad idea?
Hello Clang folks,
I was using -ftime-trace to see where the compiler spends time parsing
clang's own headers, and it pointed me to Type.h. Many AST headers need
QualType to be complete, but they do not need the full type class
hierarchy. To improve compile time, I have attempted to create a new
header, QualType.h, that defines only the QualType wrapper class. I have
started to transition

I think a simple question
I have index ( of a vector ) values of say
tempin<-c(1 31 61 91 121 all the way upto 1411)
What I want is a function that takes in a number say, x = 5, and gives
me an new vector
of
tempout<-1 6 31 36 91 96 121 126 .......... 1411 1416
This can't be so hard but I can't get it and I've honestly tried.
Obviously, tempin + 5 gives me the missing values but I

seq.default test for relative range (PR#1416)
seq.default() tests for the relative range of the from and to
arguments (see excerpt below) and returns from (only) when the
relative range is small. The problem is that "small" is too large.
Also undocumented.
