(JASA 1994) "a stochastic model for the analysis of longitudinal aids data." the model they suggest consists of a combination of fixed and random effects, a

[PATCH] qemu pcnet emulation fixes
The attached patch to the qemu emulation of the pcnet hardware fixes several problems. It will now only read and write a transmit or receive descriptor once. It will correctly handle transmitting frames with more than two fragments. It will discard oversize frames instead of corrupting memory. I have tested all the changes I have made and even seen an improvement in receive performance from

ulogd / ulogd packages?
I am looking for ulog-2.0.x packages and the best I have been able to find [for CentOS6] has been ulog-2.0.0 (which is not an exciting prospect for .0 reasons). Is anyone aware of ulogd packages for CentOS6 [x86_64]? I am kind of surprised this isn't standard fair. -- Adam Tauno Williams <mailto:awilliam at whitemice.org> GPG D95ED383 Systems Administrator, Python Developer, LPI /

Since there is windows and apple users on the network I would like to have their "computer names" instead of ip address to make for easy accounting. Does anyone know of a script or tool to get the ip address of a drop packet and turn it into a computer name (via wins or something

ULOGD and Snort Inline
Hi All, I am facing a problem when using ULOG daemon and SNORT (inline mode) with iptables. My set up is like this. 1. I need ULOG daemon to log firewall logs to MYSQL database. 2. I need SNORT in inline mode for intrusion prevention. Both can work fine induvidually with iptables. But ULOG daemon cannot work when SNORT is also running. Probably the reason is that snort also hooks to

[ANNOUNCE] problems with recent ULOG patch and old ulogd
--/aVve/J9H4Wl5yVO Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Everybody! I had to change the ulog.patch in recent patch-o-matic to use a different netlink family (it's now 5 instead of 4). This means, you will have to recompile your ulogd or any other application in order to make it work. That's also why I have
