domain join becomes invalid every 24h
I've activated the logs as Andrew suggested and It has shown the
fileserver was trying to join the domain with 2 different names.
I guess I messed something up when I did some testing on joining the domain.
I have found those 2 names in the AD and in krb5.keytab.
So I've deleted the faulty name from AD,
samba-tool computer delete testfileserver
leave the domain,
net ads leave -Uadmin

I think you have two things (eg perhaps sssd and winbind, as suggested,

I'm facing an issue with a file server working under samba 4.17.12
and joined to my domain as domain member: Every 24h hours the domain
join becomes invalid:
#net ads testjoin
kerberos_kinit_password FILESERVER$@MY.DOMAIN failed: Preauthentication failed
Join to domain is not valid: LDAP_INVALID_CREDENTIALS
Then I need to rejoin to come back to normal:
net ads join

Could the problem be that the e100 can do IP receive checksumming on the board,
but the eepro driver doesn't enable it. When the board is doing checksum
offload, then the csum field isn't set.
Please try disabling receive checksumming on the e100 driver
modprobe e100 XsumRX=0
If this is the problem, it exists both 2.4 and 2.6.

I have two samba PDC installed according to these specifications:
domain FOOBAR with pdc server name: BAR (ip 192.168.1.1)
opensuse 11.1
samba-3.5.6-15.1
openldap2-2.4.12-5.6.1
smbldap-tools-0.9.5-25.1
A winxp called USUARIO1 joined to the FOOBAR domain (ip 192.168.1.100)
domain LAPAZ with pdc server name: SERVERLPZ (ip 192.168.10.4)
openSUSE 12.2
