Hello Guys, our cluster runs till 2014 on supermicro board. It is not unusual that still mainboards with mga graphics cards are delivered. So I have then adjusted the mga driver from centos 6 - the specification file - , to be build on CentOS 7. Since then this runs on the headnode without failures. I'm running on a machine with a Matrox MGA G200EH but it doesn't appear that the 3D acceleration is being used (for example Google Earth lists the driver as being Mesa). Is there an additional driver that I need to install to enable the 3D acceleration functionality? Or something else I need to do? Thanks, Dave

Moving the non-KMS state into a separate data structure resolves this. All non-kms driver fields are now located in struct drm_legacy_state. A driver-wide instance is available via struct drm_driver.legacy. The call sites test if the driver is marked with DRIVER_LEGACY before accessing the fields.
