[ANNOUNCE] libpciaccess 0.14
This release adds support for 32-bit PCI domain IDs, which are
apparently common in virtualized environments. This support has been
tested on Linux, and probably also "just works" on FreeBSD and Solaris,
to the extent that the underlying OS supports it.
If you were allocating a struct pci_device yourself, or embedding it in
another structure, this release would be an ABI break. That

Playing with ReadFileScatter()
Hi all,
Looking at the IO.readlines source in io.c, it looks to me like they
grab 8k chunks, split on the input record separator, and buffer accordingly.
Since it looks like ReadFileScatter() does some of that work
automatically (in page file sized chunks), I thought I''d give it a try.
Here''s what I''ve got, but it doesn''t work. I have an incorrect parameter

Who wants to take a stab at IO.foreach?
Hi all,
Anyone want to help with a native IO.foreach?
I''m missing some of the critical logic here. This currently just does a
straight BYTE_MAX data read, instead of a line by line data read, and
doesn''t deal with lines split between multiple reads.
I checked strtok into CVS (for windows-pr) if anyone wants to use that
instead of String#split. It''s in

Large file support (up and down) for Mongrel 0.13.3
I''ve just checked in changes to improve handling of massive posts and
massive downloads. Generally speaking, Mongrel has been keeping
everything in memory. (Unless you''re using DirHandler and have the
sendfile gem in place.) Now, downloads should be pretty swift even
without the sendfile gem.
HttpResponse#send_file rips out the file streaming support from
DirHandler and

libGLU.so.1
I have a C++ program that I have been running on RedHat 6 and I want
to move to CentOS 7. When I run it on the CentOS 7 system it fails
with:
error while loading shared libraries: libGLU.so.1: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
I did this, but still have no libGLU. I did a find of the entire
system for '*libGLU*' and nothing.
bash-4.2# yum whatprovides libGLU.so.1
