R on X11 under Linux (newbie)
I just installed R on my 64 bit SUSE Linux system -- I compiled with the default x windows support on..
This may be a newbie question (apologies in advance)-- but how does this show up in X?
I have SSH'd in to my box and set my display -- I can run xcalc OK -- but when I hit the R binary it just goes to the command line -- if does not give me an x-window.
I suspect I need another

OpenSSH v3.8p1 fails to interoperate for GSSAPI (Kerberos) and X-Windows

Symptoms:

X-window graphics -- preventing window coming to front?
When I do dev.new(), the resulting window comes to the front and grabs the
focus. Is there a way to prevent this so I can continue working in other
windows while the graphics are being produced?
Thanks

Unshapeable traffic
Hello,
Could somebody explain following issue ?
I set up htb class on outgoing external interface to shape p2p upload
traffic. I limited it to 4Mbit/s. I also set up iptables counters
chains in FORWARD chain to calculate traffic generated by p2p and
others.
While tc stats show that p2p shaping class keep defined 4Mbit traffic,
iptables counters show me that p2p traffic exceed traffic to 150%

I did some more experiments and also saw the problems.
They occur when using a 0.9.6-beta client to connect to 0.9.5a and 0.9.6-beta
servers.
They also occur when using a 0.9.5a client connecting to a 0.9.6-beta

1.0.6 gotcha
Hi All - I released 1.0.6 this morning, but there is apparently a bug
related to rspec and autotest. I''ll be fixing this today (but not
until tonight) so you have two options:
Wait until 1.0.7 (tonight)
Upgrade now to 1.0.6 but make sure you install the rspec gem.
Thanks,
David
