[PATCH v2 2/6] instmem/gk20a: move memory allocation to instmem
GK20A does not have dedicated RAM, thus having a RAM device for it does
not make sense. Move the contiguous physical memory allocation to
instmem.

[PATCH v2 04/10] drm/nouveau/fb: add GK20A support
Add a simple FB device for GK20A, as well as a RAM implementation based
on contiguous DMA memory allocations suitable for chips that use system
memory as video RAM.

[PATCH] drm/gk20a/fb: fix NULL dereference
gk20a_ram_put() can be called with a NULL nouveau_mem in case of error.
Handle that case the way is it done in other RAM drivers.

[PATCH 0/2] drm/gk20a: FB fixes
Fix a very shameful memory leak and a compilation error due to the use of
non-exported CMA functions. The workaround for the latter is not really elegant
(replace the CMA functions by a runtime failure if we are compiled as a
module), but is temporary and still an improvement over the current situation
(compile error).

[PATCH v4 0/6] nouveau/gk20a: RAM device removal & IOMMU support
Changes since v3:
- Use a single dma_attr for all DMA-API allocations in instmem instead of one
per allocation
- Use device.info.ram_size instead of pfb->ram to check whether VRAM is present
outside of nvkm
Changes since v2:
- Cleaner changes for ltc
- Fixed typos in gk20a instmem IOMMU comments
Changes since v1:
- Add missing else condition in ltc
- Remove extra flags that slipped into

[PATCH 0/6] nouveau/gk20a: RAM device removal & IOMMU support
A series I have waited too long to submit, and the recent refactoring made
me pay the price of my perfectionism, so here are the features that are at least
completed
Patches 1-3 make the presence of a RAM device optional, and remove GK20A's dummy

[PATCH 1/4] nouveau: Allow allocating BOs at specific offsets
We want to be able to guarantee the location of the allocated buffer
object if we're going to be able to reliably allocate the existing
framebuffer at startup. Add an argument to do so and pass that through to
the ttm core.

[PATCH] drm/nvc0/fb: fix crash when different mutex is used to protect same list
Fixes regression introduced in commit 861d2107
"drm/nouveau/fb: merge fb/vram and port to subdev interfaces"
nv50_fb_vram_{new,del} functions were changed to use
nouveau_subdev->mutex instead of the old nouveau_mm->mutex.
nvc0_fb_vram_new still uses the nouveau_mm->mutex, but nvc0 doesn't
have its own fb_vram_del function, using nv50_fb_vram_del instead.
Because of this, on

[PATCH v2 6/6] instmem/gk20a: add IOMMU support
Let GK20A's instmem take advantage of the IOMMU if it is present. Having
an IOMMU means that instmem is no longer allocated using the DMA API,
but instead obtained through page_alloc and made contiguous to the GPU
by IOMMU mappings.

[PATCH 4/6] instmem/gk20a: use DMA attributes
instmem for GK20A is allocated using dma_alloc_coherent(), which
provides us with a coherent CPU mapping that we never use because
instmem objects are accessed through PRAMIN. Switch to
dma_alloc_attrs() which gives us the option to dismiss that CPU mapping
and free up some CPU virtual space.
