[PATCH 23/23] nvc0: implement support for maxwell texture headers
From: Ben Skeggs <bskeggs at redhat.com>
Adds support for the new TIC layout that's present on Maxwell GPUs,
heavily based on the code for the existing layout.
This code is required for GM20x support. While GM10x supports the older
layout still, this commit switches it to use the updated version instead.
Piglit testing shows zero regressions on GM107.

[PATCH 23/23] nvc0: implement support for maxwell texture headers
Can you push this to a repo somewhere? I want to see what the final
version looks like after all your changes, but it's hard to see that
with these patches.

[PATCH] nvc0: add hardware ETC2 and ASTC support where possible
These are supported on GK20A and GM107.

Was a bit torn on where to place the enums... we're about to gut all
the xml definitions so this seemed appropriate for now.
Tested on GK20A only.

[PATCH] nvc0: don't make 1d staging textures linear
Experimentally, the sampler doesn't appear to like these, neither as
buffer nor as rect textures. So remove 1D from the list of texture types
to make linear when used for staging.
This fixes the OSD in mplayer for VDPAU.

Should we construct a similar patch for NVAA/NVAC (MCP7x) as well?

[PATCH] gm107/ir: fix loading z offset for layered 3d image bindings
Unfortuantely we don't know if a particular load is a real 2d image (as
would be a cube face or 2d array element), or a layer of a 3d image.
Since we pass in the TIC reference, the instruction's type has to match
what's in the TIC (experimentally). In order to properly support
bindless images, this also can't be done by looking at the current
bindings and generating appropriate

[PATCH v3 0/2] nouveau: support for custom VRAM domains
New revision of this patchset that prevents VRAM objects from being
allocated on VRAM-less systems like Tegra. This is required for Mesa
to work on such systems.
Changes since v2:
- Use vram_size to detect systems without VRAM and set the correct
domain instead of expecting each chip to set its domain explicitly.

[PATCH 0/3] nouveau: support for custom VRAM domains
This series is to allow NVIDIA chips with shared memory to operate more
efficiently (and to operate at all once we disable VRAM from the kernel
driver) by allowing nouveau_screen to specify a domain to use for objects
originally allocated into VRAM. If the domain is not overridden, the default
NOUVEAU_BO_VRAM is used. A NV_VRAM_DOMAIN() macro is then introduced to be
used in place of

[Bug 96656] [regression, bisected] all textureGather piglits fail
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=96656
--- Comment #2 from Ilia Mirkin <imirkin at alum.mit.edu> ---
The problem was pre-existing, but a combination of factors made the readpixels
cache expose it harder.

[PATCH 1/2] nv50: regenerate rnndb headers
The headers hadn't been regenerated in a long time, and there were a few
minor divergences. Among other things, rnndb has changed naming to
G80/etc, for now I've not tackled switching that over and manually
replaced the nvidia codenames back to the chip ids. However no other
modifications of the headergen'd headers was done.

[PATCH 00/12] Tessellation support for nvc0
This is enough to enable tessellation support on nvc0. It seems to
work a lot better on my GF108 than GK208. I suspect that there's some
sort of scheduling shenanigans that need to be adjusted for
kepler+. Or perhaps some shader header things.
Even with the GF108, I still get occasional blue triangles in Heaven,
but I get a *ton* of them on the GK208 -- seemingly the same issue,
but it's
