[RFC PATCH] nv50: adjust blit_3d logic
--- So... this fixes a whole bunch of EXT_framebuffer_multisample tests, and the ones that still fail appear to do so due to some resolve error, rather than some "this is the wrong image" type errors. Perhaps it needs a 2d-style "move coordinates over a sub-texel" logic. But I'm unclear what these vertices are, I arrived at this through trial-and-error.

[PATCH] nv50,nvc0: fix 3d blits with mipmap levels
Make sure to normalize the z coordinates as well as the x/y ones when there are mipmaps present. Fixes 3d mipmap generation, which now uses the blit path. Signed-off-by: Ilia Mirkin <imirkin at alum.mit.edu> Cc: "10.2" <mesa-stable at lists.freedesktop.org> --- Did a full piglit run on nva8 and nve7 without regressions. The cubemap array mipmap generation test still fails,

volcano plot.r
Hello. My name is Akashah. i work at metabolic laboratory. From my study, i found that volcano plot can help a lot in my section.  i already studied about the volcano plot and get the coding to run in R software, unfortunately, there is may be something wrong with the coding. This is because  no graph appear, but no error (blue color text) was shown on the R console. Below is the coding for

HELLO, anybody... could you help me to check the below coding for volcano. what is the mistake? what the plot could not display? # volcano_plot.r # # Author: Amsha Nahid, Jairus Bowne, Gerard Murray # Purpose: Produces a volcano plot # # Input: Data matrix as specified in Data-matrix-format.pdf # Output: Plots log2(fold change) vs log10(t-test P-value) # #

Using grImport to create a watermark
Hi… I want to use grImport to create a watermark on a plot() using the methods Paul Murrell describes here: http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/grImport/vignettes/import.pdf (page 28). I can essentially reproduce this manually at the R prompt, and independently I can use grid.picture(…) successfully in a R script, but when I attempt to do do this in my script: • • •

[PATCH 1/3] nvc0: remove vport_int hack and instead use the usual state validation
Commit ad4dc772 fixed an issue with the viewport not being restored correctly. However it's rather hackish and confusing. Instead just mark the viewport dirty and let the viewport validation take care of it. [PATCH v2 1/7] exa: add GM10x acceleration support
rendercheck -f a8r8g8b8 passes as much as on a GK208, and xv appears to work. Very lightly tested. Instead of sticking coordinates into pushbufs, the vertex shader is modified to read them from a constbuf, indexed by vertex id. This approach could be used for all nvc0 generations, but I didn't want to rock the boat. Signed-off-by: Ilia Mirkin <imirkin at alum.mit.edu> ---

help with interpreting what nnet() output gives:
Greetings list, I am new to programming in R, and am using nnet() function for a project on neural networking. Firstly I wish to ask if there is any pdf explaining the algorithm nnet uses, which could tell me what the objects of the nnet class, like 'conn', 'nconn, 'nsunits', n and 'nunits' mean, and how weights are calculated. The package pdf has little or no
