[PATCH] nv50: fix setting of texture ms info to be per-stage
Different textures may be bound to each slot for each stage. So we need
to be able to upload ms parameters for each one without stages
overwriting each other.

Verified a few things, but it's hard to check this fully. They array-texture
piglit test fails if the conversion isn't done at all, and texelFetch starts
passing if the conversion is removed.
Dunno if this is the sort of thing worth sticking a stable tag on, so leaving

[PATCH] nv50/ir: change the way float face is returned
The old way made it impossible for the optimizer to reason about what
was going on. The new way is the same number of instructions (the neg
gets folded into the cvt) but enables the optimizer to be cleverer if
comparing to a constant (most common case). [The optimizer is presently
not sufficiently clever to work this out, but it could relatively easily

might work. nvdisasm agrees with envydis's decoding of these things.

These look like pretty obvious typos. The x |= read; x &= ~write; (or
vice-versa) pattern occurs in nvc0, so I'm guessing that this is what was
intended here as well. Not sure if this fixes anything in particular though.

[PATCH] gallium/nv50: fix multi-texturing
This one maps textures to sampler units (or textures to texture units
or whatever it's called), which wasn't done before. It should make the
mesa demo "multiarb" work, at least with the shader patches I sent
earlier. Of course, with this functionality one probably wouldn't have
to setup the textures in NV50_TIC anew every time, but that can be
optimized later.

The set of variable defs does not need to be ordered in any way, and
removing/adding elements is a fairly common operation in various
optimization passes.
This shortens runtime of piglit test fp-long-alu to ~11s from ~22s
No piglit regressions observed on nvc0!

[PATCH 1/2] nv50/ir: fix s32 x s32 -> high s32 multiply logic
Retrieving the high 32 bits of a signed multiply is rather annoying. It
appears that the simplest way to do this is to compute the absolute
value of the arguments, and perform a u32 x u32 -> u64 operation. If the
arguments' signs differ, then negate the result. Since there is no u64
support in the cvt instruction, we have the perform the 2's complement
negation "by hand".

Textures Twiddling/Swizzling
Thanks for the last info it was truely helpful.
Anyways, I'm currently trying to implement 3D textures into yuzu, as far as
I know they are twiddled in a different manner to 2D textures. Could one of
you guys point me in the right direction? I've been meddling around:

texelFetch sampler1/2DArray on nv50 gallium
Hi Christoph/nouveau folks,
I've noticed that the piglit test "texelFetch" fails on my nv98 for
sampler1DArray and sampler2DArray. I nuked the logic in
nv50_ir_lowering_nv50.cpp:604 that does the f32 -> u32 conversion, and
it seems to be passing now. TBH, I have no clue how the parameters are
passed around and what that a[] is, but it seems like it's a u32 to
begin with? (Or

[PATCH 00/12] Cherry-pick nv50/nvc0 patches from gallium-nine
I went through the gallium-nine tree and picked out nouveau patches that are
general bug-fixes. The first bunch I'd like to also get into 10.2. I've
reviewed all of them and they make sense to me, but sending them out for
public review as well in case there are any objections.
Unless I hear objections, I'd like to push this by Friday.
