This makes nouveau recognise and report more kinds of PGRAPH errors, as well as prevent GPU lockups resulting from some of them. Lots of guesswork was involved and some part of this is probably incorrect. Some potential-lockuop situations are handled by just resetting a whole PGRAPH subunit, which doesn't sound like a "proper" solution, but seems to work just fine... for now.

Hi Ladies and Gentlemans. I'd like to report a possible bug and ask for help in solving it. I have a Mid 2010 Macbook Pro running Debian Jessie. The bug seems to happen at random, but mainly when using a 3D application with other apps running, such as Chromium (Chrome) and Iceweasel (Firefox). Hi all, I'm getting frequent system crashes (every few hours or so) and it seems that the nouveau driver is causing the issue (dmesg output below). I see it with both v5.2.8 and the v4.19 LTS kernel.
