I have following question:-
1) Is there is any difference while creating a developer account in
facebook?
2) Can I give the callback url to http://localhost:3000/?
3) Suppose I have one

Facebooker website
I just wanted to contribute a quick-start page with details about how to get the Facebook session (for internal apps), how to get user info, set profile FBML, post to the news feed, etc. I could even send this as text, or I can add a page using the Radiant CMS if it''s not too cumbersome.
I am also working with Dave Clements to augment the configuration options to make it easier for

Create Slide Shows (PowerPoint/KeyNote-Style) Using Markdown using the Slide Show (S9) Ruby Gem
Hello,
I've published a Ruby gem that lets you create slide shows and
author slides in plain text using a wiki-style markup language that's
easy-to-write and easy-to-read. Yes, that's Markdown. (Textile is
supported too ;-)
You can find two samples online in Markdown:

Nested Routes + Facebook Resources
Does anyone have nested routes working with the facebook_resources
method?
My routes.rb has:
map.facebook_resources :users do |users|
users.facebook_resources :images
users.facebook_resources :connections
end
but user_connections_url won''t generate.
"rake routes" gives me:
new_user POST /users/new

Princely - Prince XML PDF Wrapper Plugin
Recently I was implementing PDF generation for a project utilizing the
fantastic library Prince XML (http://www.princexml.com). I came across
a blog article with a basic library and helper set for Prince (http://
sublog.subimage.com/articles/2007/05/29/html-css-to-pdf-using-ruby-on-
rails), which provided a great basis. I wanted to make something a
little more generalized and in-keeping the Rails

Browserized Styles Plugin
Browserized Styles provides a dead simple way to create browser-
specific CSS code for use in a Rails application. All you need to do
is create a .css file targeted to a browser by appending an underscore
and identifier to the end.
=== Installation ===
script/plugin install http://svn.intridea.com/svn/public/browserized_styles

Let''s say I have some complex CSS code

Getting at the FB response XML in Facebooker
I''m working with Matt [rfacebook] on a ''Migration to Facebooker'' tag
that essentially sets the stage [with backward compatibility] for a
low-risk transition to Facebooker but had a quick question - doesn''t
look like it possible to get at the raw XML from Session/Service/etc -
is that a correct or perhaps I missed something? We don''t intend to

Using facebooker AND Haml/Sass
For anyone using both and encountering trouble with stylesheets
(specifically, the paths being incorrect in production mode)...
Removing facebooker solves the issue.
But I bet you don''t want to do that, eh? So, simply setting
ActionController::Base.asset_host = ''''
also works like butter.
I''m not 100% clear on why asset_host has anything to do with

redcloth executable removed from gem?
Hello,
I have the RedCloth 4.x gem installed on a new machine. I used to
use the redcloth command line tool/executable ocassionally. Can anyone
clarify if it''s still part of the RedCloth 4.x gem series? Thanks.
PS: I checked the sources. And the executable source resides in bin

Facebook, authlogic, and OAuth2
Has anyone gotten started with getting the OAuth2 replacement for
Facebook Connect working with auth_logic?
I know there is an OAuth2 gem (http://intridea.com/2010/4/22/oauth2-
gem-just-in-time-for-facebook-graph?blog=company), and I''m thinking of
using that to integrate.
Anyone know when the Fb Connect API will be shut down?

Get list of users in one call
Hello,
I am working on an external/iframe application and am looking for a good way
to display fb info (pic, name) for a set of users. Since I''m not an fbml
app, I can''t use any of the fb_ helpers to access this, and without
instanciating a user for each and making multiple calls, I don''t see a
convienient way of doing this.
I am new to facebooker, but have used

Facebooker::Session::IncorrectSignature
I think I must be missing something obvious on this one, but I can''t get past the initial "ensure_application_is_installed_by_facebook_user" in a rails app that I''m trying to put together. I''m running on edge rails with the latest Facebooker as a plugin. I''ve tried adding my settings to the environment configs and recently I tried the new yaml
