[PATCH v2 1/2] nvkm/clk/gf100+: Clean up PLL locking test
Corresponds with GT215. Don't rely on the lock test logic being unconditionally
enabled, and disable test logic when done (presumably to save power).
v2: Remove warning, nvkm_msec already warns on time-out

PM + Init work
Following a series of three patches, two of which have been sitting in my tree
for a while, the third is the result of some inspection of an NV134 BIOS that
seems to use the 0xaf upcode to upload training patterns. Please test!

[PATCH 3/5] Intel MIC Host Driver Changes for Virtio Devices.
From: Ashutosh Dixit <ashutosh.dixit at intel.com>
This patch introduces the host "Virtio over PCIe" interface for
Intel MIC. It allows creating user space backends on the host and
instantiating virtio devices for them on the Intel MIC card. A character
device per MIC is exposed with IOCTL, mmap and poll callbacks. This allows
the user space backend to:
(a) add/remove a virtio

CentOS 4.2 x86_64
I have a couple of 64-Bit Xeon's with CentOS 4.2 x86_64 installed on
them. They don't all have the same motherboards.
I've having a difficult time getting CentOS 4.2 x86_64 to boot on some
of them in SMP mode (UP works fine). After the installation of CD, it
boots up but kernel panics with the following error:
Badness in i8042_panic_blink at drivers/input/serio/i8042.c:992

[PATCH net-next RFC 3/3] virtio-net: conditionally enable tx interrupt
We free transmitted packets in ndo_start_xmit() in the past to get better
performance in the past. One side effect is that skb_orphan() needs to be
called in ndo_start_xmit() which makes sk_wmem_alloc not accurate in
fact. For TCP protocol, this means several optimization could not work well
such as TCP small queue and auto corking. This can lead extra low
throughput of small packets stream.
