Tyan s4985 motherboard and lm_sensors
Trying to get cpu temps from lm_sensors for a Tyan s4985 motherboard, just installed centos 5.4. Tyan release some lm_sensors conf files and other information which I have done, but I am not getting any cpu temps. I was wondering if anyone out there was running this board and if you have gotten temps working for your cpu, here is my output...Thanks in advance. w83627hf-isa-0c00 Adapter: ISA

[PATCH 0/3] Several hwmon fixes

Bisect: i2c regression in 63daa9589cb88617d9cc8a0b0282564682a975b7
Hi. Updating nouveau module to a newer git revision, I noticed I lost hwmon. I ran a bisect, which identified 63daa9589cb88617d9cc8a0b0282564682a975b7 as being the first bad commit. Adding printk traces, I saw that probing i2c bus 3 for sensors always failed with -EIO (no ack from slave). After reading the code, remembering how i2c works and reading sample code on wikipedia, I couldn't

[PATCH] drm/nouveau/i2c: bump the i2c delay for the adt7473
Some adt7473 can't manage the 20?s delay we use for the bitbanging, bumping it to 40?s seem to do the trick. How does this function print, why is n1 which equals 1 printed as 2?
Windows 7, R 2.12.1 Colleagues, I am trying to understand the n.for.2means function. The code below is a copy of the function (renamed to n.for.2means.js). I have inserted a single line of code towards the bottom of the function which uses the cat function to print the value of n1. You will note the value (preceded by stars) is printed as 1. The function (1) prints a lot of output without any

problem subsetting data frame with variable instead of constant
Hello, I've encountered a very weird issue with the method subset(), or maybe this is something I don't know about said method that when you're subsetting based on the columns of a data frame you can only use constants (0.1, 2.3, 2.2) instead of variables? Here's a look at my data frame called 'ea.cad.pwr': *>ea.ca.pwr[1:5,] MAF OR POWER 1 0.02 0.01 0.9999 2 0.02

hurdle, simulated power
Hi all-- We are planning an intervention study for adolescent alcohol use, and I am planning to use simulations based on a hurdle model (using the hurdle() function in package pscl) for sample size estimation. The simulation code and power code are below -- note that at the moment the "power" code is just returning the coefficients, as something isn't working quite right. The
