Hi there, could anybody tell me if the info below is still correct: Note: In order to obtain useful DIALSTATUS information when dialing a peer you will need to have qualify=yes in that peer's definition (e.g. in sip.conf or iax.conf). http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+variable+DIALSTATUS THANKS!! -- Regards, Rustam Kovhaev

How to remove dangling menu items
I tried to test Wine for the first time, installing the only application that I already had an executable for, an old version of Seamonkey web browser. It installed ok, but when uninstalled, through wine, had some issues...first the unistall option did not appear in wine, but fixed that. Finally, when uninstalled Seamonkey, it left a second wine menu item in Gnome Applications menu. I have

(?) Dangling ssh-agent processes with GNOME
I recently noticed a LOT of ssh-agent processes running on my system (CentOS 4.2). It seems that the ssh-agent gets started before the session manager (in /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc-common) which is great. The only problem is that the agent process does not die when the session shuts down. I run ssh-add in my session startup to get my key loaded into ssh-agent, so that might be part of the issue.

Eaton_SDK dangling branch solved
I've solved the problem of the detached Eaton_SDK branch. What must have happened here is the branch creator did a non-Subversion cp -r followed by an add of the target directory. This registered a tree that duplicated trunk, *without* ancestry information connecting it to its source revision. The correct fix is to check each new text section against a list of MD5 hashes of old text

Samba 4 internal DNS - how to modify SOA record
Hello, I have the very same problem, does anybody know a way? I am thinking of converting to BIND, modifying and then converting it back to Internal DNS implementation. >>>> Hello. How could one modify a SOA record in rc3? For example, NS part (not NS record) of SOA record points to an absent Windows server. This effectively breaks DNS updates, since there is no such server and if
