Adding pragma related metadata to only one loop
Hi everyone, I wanted to assign a new pragma for loops in clang. Let's call it "#pragma XXX" which can be applied to any loop in the entire loop hierarchy. I added the support for my pragma by following the same steps as were being used in the default implementation of "unroll" pragma. But now, when I compile any program using clang to llvm IR it attaches the pragma

[LLVMdev] Extracting libmachine from libcodegen (bug 1121)
Hi, I did the Pass ID workaround by providing Passes.h in the include/llvm/Machine. But the question which is holding me up is that, as Ken Dyck was kind enough to point out, what should be done to the dependency on libAnalysis? The Machine passes are not only dependent on Passes class but also on others such as the ConstantFolding.h. Is it a possible solution to break this dependency or carry

As Kevin Fleming says "So long, and thanks for all the fish!", we say thank you - and look to the future
It's amazing what you can learn in a few days... Having just found out that Queen Elizabeth has a great sense of humor, it has now emerged that Kevin Fleming - a man who (both with and without his moustache) has been an amazing contributor and influencer in the Asterisk project is set to move on to a new challenge outside the project - but still within the realms of Open Source. Building llvm with clang and lld on arm and the llvm arm backend relocation on position independent code

Just to say hello
Just a short message to say hello to everybody. I''m new here, but it''s a step forward to dive into _why''s deepesy secrets... I''m sure this list will bring a lot of ideas to a lot of people. I kinda like the way of saying ''You know, when there''s a shorter way to the solution, this way is probably simpler, clearer and more fun as well. I wish

Stopping to say "thanx" ...
I'll try to keep this short (yeah right! ;-). Being primarily a user, I find myself bitching, analyzing and complaining about things I don't stop to understand half the time. I've done more than may share in this regard the various filesystems over the years. I've done a few LUG and tradeshow presentations over the past year, trying to inform different peer admins what Linux JFS

Could anybody please tell more about this warning, like in what scenario I may have this warning. Thanks, Mohammad -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
