new Gluster cluster: 3.10 vs 3.12
After discussing with Xavi in #gluster-dev we found out that we could eliminate the slow lstats by disabling disperse.eager-lock. There is an open issue here : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1546732 -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Very slow rsync to gluster volume UNLESS `ls` or `find` scan dir on gluster volume first
Nithya, Amar, Any movement here? There could be a significant performance gain here that may also affect other bottlenecks that I'm experiencing which make gluster close to unusable at times. Mclust problem with mclust1Dplot: Error in to - from : non-numeric argument to binary operator
Dear list members, I am using Mclust in order to deconvolute a distribution that I believe is a sum of two gaussians. First I can make a model: > my.data.model = Mclust(my.data, modelNames=c("E"), warn=T, G=1:3) But then, when I try to plot the result, I get the following error: > mclust1Dplot(my.data.model, parameters = my.data.model$parameters, what = "density")

Chapter 2 will given an overview of the Microarchitecture and Appendix B gives some additional details on which pipes are used for where. I haven't yet

N-Power MEV-3000LT compatibility report and problem
Hello, the code below the failing part mentions this flavor of protocol, drivers/blazer_ser.c:463 /* * If a command is invalid, it will be echoed back. * As an exception, Best UPS units will report "ACK" in case of success! */ I prepared a patch, it adds a similar check and also checks (in both occurencies) for blazer_command()<0, the latter

[LLVMdev] SchedMachineModel clarifications
I made a quick cross check with information in the SWOG (Software Optimization Guide). The port assignments look consistent. A few of the latency values are slightly different from the SWOG, e.g. WriteFRcp --> 6, WriteFSqrt --> 29 and WriteCvt* --> 4 seem to be suggested instead. Others are in better position to describe how to use llvm performance framework. --mev, Mike Vermeulen

Analyzing dendrograms
Ladies and Gentlemen, As Johan Lindberg points out, the documentation for handling dendrograms is sparse....Does anyone know who is responsible for or working on development of tree methods and objects? I've written a couple of scripts for my own use to translate between parenthetical (A(B(CD))) or binary A00 B10 C11 D11 tree formats and cluster objects in R, but as an inexperienced

Cutting heatmap dendrogram
Hello, I've been clustering my data using hclust and cutting the resulting tree with cutree. Separately, I visualize the clusterings with heatmap. Is it possible to have the dendrogram on the heatmap reflect the cutree results? That is, instead of having one large dendrogram, it would have 4 or 25 in the example below. Any guidance on if that's possible or not, and what kinds of

N-Power MEV-3000LT compatibility report and problem
Hello, sorry for messing up the things. I mean many copies of the same text in my previous message and mixing up the command names, it turned out that I forgot the protocol details after so many years. I found my records, connected a serial terminal to the UPS and found that the device itself works as expected so my problem cannot be explained with device incompatibility. Below is excerpt from
