symbols hidden in polar.plot

Function completely locks up my computer if the input is too big

Display an image defined on a polar grid [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

A polar.plot BUG in plotrix 1.3.3 ?

Plotting problems directional or rose plots

library(fields) world shift function not working anymore
Hi there. I just upgraded to 2.01 on Mac OS 10.3.6. I used to use the command (on R 1.9.x): world(ylim=c(-30,30), xlim = c(0,360), shift=TRUE, add=TRUE) to draw a world outline over my image plots. ggplot2, arrows and polar coordinates
Dear R users, The following issue has been already documented, but, if I am not mistaken, not yet solved. This issue appears while trying to plot arrows with "geom_segment" (package ggplot2), with polar coordinates ("coord_polar"). The direction of some arrows is wrong (red rectangle).
