simultaneous scripts not running via sieve_before
Hi again everyone,
So I've finally got sieve integration happening on my? REHL Postfix/Dovecot server, with private user scripts happily running when users create them. (we user SquirrelMail, so the avelsieve plugin runs the sieve integration).
Now I'd like to utilise additional per-user scripts (probably via sieve_before), but I've not been able to get my additional scripts to

duplicate namespace prefix
Hello,
I am in the process of setting up a server that is running to invocations of dovecot. One of the invocations is acting as a backend and the other as a Director. I believe I have most of the configuration complete but I keep running into the following error:

Hello,
I am currently trying to setup a cluster of mail servers. I currently have two servers I am trying to cluster together. These servers will also have a shared NFS backend. I have read on the site that I will need to configure director since I am using NFS. I have read through all of the documentation on director but still need a little guidance to get things up and running. One of the

I usually see such activity through monitoring of the Dovecot logs.

Lighty External Fast CGI Process Load Balacing Note
I''ve just spent a while chasing a false bug in lighttpd and load
balancing among external fast cgi processes due to what I think is a
documentation bug. Following the info on the wiki page
<http://wiki.rubyonrails.com/rails/pages/LighttpdWithProcessScripts>,
one would think that something like this works:
fastcgi.debug = 1
fastcgi.server = ( ".fcgi" =>

File permissions
Is it possible to define file rights, such that -
The file is owned by root, with full privleges on the Linux server.
The file is shared by a group "users".
The shared file should be available for read and write access.
That part's easy - but now....
Deny delete, overwrite, or rename access to this file. Is this possible?

Question on Samba and Sun Directory Server 5.2
I have been asked to implement Samba and integrate it with our Sun
Directory 5.2 servers. I am looking for any advice that will point me
in the right direction. Such as Schema modifications and such. I have
found articles talking about openldap but nothing really about Sun's
Directory Server. I have just started researching this, so any help
would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Samba and Migration to an existing LDAP backend
Folks,
I have a new build of samba 3.3.0 ( stand alone file server )
which is configured to find all user data in an ldap directory, eg
passdb backend = ldapsam. After testing I have confirmed that it all
seems to work as it should with a test set of users.
Now I need to figure out the best way to migrate the shares and users
from the old system ( that used /etc/passwd to store user auth

Sharing models between two applications
Hi !
I have two applications - one is a front end, the other is the admin
application for the front-end. How should I share my models between
both applications ?
I''m thinking that a simple svn:externals should do the trick, but maybe
other people have other ideas. What about a productized Rails app ?
Would that do the trick ? I don''t think this would apply in my case.

Multiple subnets, multiple domains and one LDAP
Hi all.
I'm being asked to connect two networks, each having it's own PDC
and it's own LDAP backend. I would like to know if it's possible to make
both PDC's serve each a different domain with a single LDAP backend and
having users from DOMAIN1 roaming to DOMAIN2 and viceversa.
If it's of any use I have, in the past, set up a PDC+BDC
configuration having

回复: [RFC] Add a new backend called CSKY
Hi Chris,
Glad to hear from you. I hope everything goes well.
This is also very exciting for us. As mentioned in the previous email of Zeson, C-SKY is a RISC architecture for high-performance and energy-efficient processors. Many Processors based on this architecture have been mass produced in different fields. At present, more than 1 billon have been shipped.
