Asterisk consuming high cpu usage
Hi, I have been using asterisk 10.0.1 for 8 months and now I have updated it to 12.6.0. I have not made much changes in conf files. I am seeing continues warnings saying "Can't send 10 type frames with SIP/Gtalk write" on console. Which I had never seen in the previous version. I have seen compared chan_sip.c from both versions and It seems 12.6.0 is also made to support all the

ICE consuming High CPU
Hi, I am on asterisk 12.6.0. Previously I was using 10.0.1 and for Gtalk I was using chan_gtalk and jabber configuration. But on 12.6.0 I tried to use chan_motif, asterisk starts consuming 100% cpu. From pstack trace I got it is because of ICE and to run motif ICE is necessary. Has anyone else seen this issue or any solution for this? I am using neither STUN nor TURN. I have just enabled ICE in

snapshot sftpserver
I'm having some problems with the sftpserver from yesterdays snapshot. It's working fine on the machine I built it on, but the (supposedly) identical machines I rdisted it to fails (SGI O2, Irix 6.5.11m). The client says: % sftp buskfuru Connecting to buskfuru... Enter passphrase for key '/usr/people/jfm/.ssh/id_dsa': janfrode at buskfuru's password: Received message too

ldd question on CentOS 6.8 (64bit)
Hi all, Will ldd display the paths to different libraries depending on their locations? I'm trying to build libxml2 version 2.9.6 in /usr/local with a newer version of zlib (1.2.8) than what are in the system folders for CentOS 6.8. I get the following output from ldd: $ ldd ./libxml2.so ./libxml2.so: /lib64/libz.so.1: version `ZLIB_1.2.3.3' not found (required by ./libxml2.so)

Long-tail model in R ... anyone?
Dear all, first I would like to tell you that I've been using R for two days... (so, you can predict my knowledge of the language!). Yet, I managed to implement some stuff related with the Long-Tail model [1]. I did some tests with the data in table 1 (from [1]), and plotted figure 2 (from [1]). (See R code and CSV file at the end of the email) Now, I'm stuck in the nonlinear regression

symlink() failure in 1.2 managesieve
I've been simultaneously learning about dovecot and experimenting with the 1.2.alpha4. To start I built an rpm under CentOS 5.2 from: dovecot-1.2.alpha4.tar.gz dovecot-1.2-managesieve-0.11.2.tar.gz dovecot-1.2.alpha4-managesieve-0.11.2.diff.gz dovecot-1.2.alpha4.tar.gz dovecot-1.2-sieve-0.1.2.tar.gz and then setup with mysql to use virtual users. Mail-wise, it all works. :)

XRay TID mismatch when forking
Hello, There seems to be a bug with the value of the thread ID (TID) that is generated by XRay when calling fork(). The value of the TID of the child has the same TID as its parent (this is seen in the “thread: “ field of the YAML output produced by the llvm-xray tool). This is a problem as the trace generated contains the same TID for the parent and children processes, making it difficult to

Rsync Problems, Possible Addressed Bug?
I got this mail from a cronjob and can't figure out what is causing rsync to crap out on me. I received the message at 5:03, when the cron job is scheduled to run at 4:00, so total runtime is approximately an hour. Machine that is fetching the files is a low-end G3 running Yellowdog 3.01, rsync --version 2.5.5. It has only 128 megs of ram, but isn't doing anything else. Transfers are

(Again) Some trouble with dovecot 2.1(.7) and SASL
The parentheses in the subject are due to referral to this discussion on the mailing list: http://dovecot.org/list/dovecot/2012-February/063851.html At first I thought I found the problem, but then realized this was 2012 and the suggested patch already is applied in dovecot. I also have segault messages in my kernel log; not too many, but it was enough to dig for it: > Wed Jun 25 08:29:05

Sieve authentication / directory issue after upgrade to 1.0.13.
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi everyone, I have come across a problem after upgrading from 1.0.rc17 to 1.0.13 (debian builds 1.0.13 is from etch-backports). I initially upgraded as 1.0.rc17 isn't compiled with regex support, so vacation messages that were uploaded via horde were being rejected. (Everything else was working fine, just messages that required regex functions
