CentOS7 Minimal installation on Vmware missing network interface
Hi there, I'm playing with CentOS 7 (don't know if it's recommended at all have this one as a development server as maybe is not stable enough yet) and I installed it on a Vmware VM with two network interfaces: one as a bridged connected directly to the physical network and replicating the network state and the second one as a host only interface (the one I use to manage the VM) so

Tinc on NixOS
Hi, Does anyone here have experience running Tinc on NixOS? I'm trying to run Tinc on a NixOS machine, using the similar configuration i had for Ubuntu. My home subnet is 192.168.1.0/24 and my work is 10.16.0.0/24. However, unlike ubuntu, when I start tincd on nixos, and try to 'ifconfig $INTERFACE 192.168.1.10 netmask 255.255.255.0' in my tinc-up, I loose network access on the box

I have Apache/2.4.6 installed in a minimal CentOS 7 VM. I have stopped iptables and then checked: # service iptables status Redirecting to /bin/systemctl

SIP kpml DTMF support in *
Hi, I'm trying to connect Asterisk 1.4 and Cisco CallManager 5 using SIP Trunk without MTP (media termination point). Howerver, Cisco 79xx phones do not support RFC2833, they always notify CCM5 via SKINNY channel no matter where they send RTP to. For non-MTP trunk there's Out-of-band DTMF support in CCM5 called "kpml". I wonder if Asterisk can support it. I found an

Getting the correct factor level as Dunnett control in glht()
Hello all, I would like to do a Dunnett test in glht(). However, the factor level I want to use as the control is not the first. dunn1<-glht(model3, linfct = mcp(Container = "Dunnett"), alternative = "less") The factor container has 8 levels, so it would be nice not to manually enter in all of the contrasts. I originally discovered glht() when working with a glm model

TURF (total unreplicated reach and frequency) Analysis program
Hi! I am trying to program a TURF analysis and have looked everywhere on the web to see if I can find any clues on how to do this. I've looked at SAS manuals as well. If anyone has ever heard of this kind of marketing analysis and has programmed it I'd be interested in learning how. Any help you could give me is greatly appreciated! 1.6.2.8: need sip reload to reach peers.
Running 1.6.2.8 and using teliax and junction for sip providers. We also have an internal sip network for extensions. On boot both providers are shown as unspecified and UNKNOWN. The internal sip extensions are found. sip reload always finds the providers. Why doesn't asterisk find the providers when it starts up? And if it doesn't find them, how long before it tries again? sean

Re: Routed network can't reach outside network
Hi Ken, Of course I did it all by hand. :-D No, I didn't. I'm a fraud. I used http://asciiflow.com/ which asks you to register in order to save your drawings in their cloud. If you don't register, you can still draw and export your drawings, but you can't save them for reusing those later. I see I've missed a couple of posts in this small thread. I was under the impression
