CentOS Extras SRPMs for 7.1 / 7.2
Hello,
I noticed that recent source repositories for CentOS Extras packages do not have SRPMs for each available RPM.
In particular, I wanted to download the SRPM for cloud-init. After enabling the extras-source repository, `yumdownloader --source cloud-init` doesn't find any package.
This used to work on CentOS 7.0.

centos-release-7-5.1804.5.el7.centos update
We have released an update to the centos-release that changes some of
the architectures to use mirrorlist.centos.org (which also uses external
mirrors) .. instead of having all alternative arches use only
mirror.centos.org.? This should male updates happen faster for these
arches as it spreads the load from our mirror.centos.org servers
(normally 20-30 worldwide mirrors) to more than 600 world

As a simple user, I've downloaded the latests sources (I'm runing an old kernel
version) :
rpm -i
http://vault.centos.org/6.7/updates/Source/SPackages/kernel-2.6.32-573.22.1.el6.src.rpm
in the spec file ~/rpmbuild/SPECS/kernel.spec I've set:
%define buildid .numa

Getting GELI Keys from Floppy
Hello,
i want to encrypt my HDD's with GELI (not the root-fs, though). I want
to do the encryption without password, just with a key. The key should
be stored in a floppy disk, and the read should be read automatically
on boot, from the floppy.
There is a problem here, because GELI initializes _before_ mounting
the disks from /etc/fstab (for obvious reasons, of course). So GELI is

Can anyone compile mtr source RPM on CentOS 6.7?
Hi all,
I was trying to rebuild mtr

glusterfs 8 rpm missing in Extra for el7
Hello,
I noticed that this link
https://wiki.centos.org/SpecialInterestGroup/Storage
reports an available package called centos-release-gluster8
This package is missing in Extra repo for el7.
The general package called centos-release-gluster links instead to the
latest version of glusterfs7.
Could the general rpm be update to include glusterfs8?
I see that the repo is already working here:

Can anyone compile mtr source RPM on CentOS 6.7?
I'm not surprised, given that it is in the repo. That's why I was asking
if anyone tried building it themselves and, if so, did they have the
same issue as I describe below?
Alternatively, any tips/advice on solving my build issue would be helpful.

Ruby vulnerability?
Hi,
FYI, Red Hat released an advisory today about a vulnerability in Ruby. So
far it doesn't appear in the VuXML, but am I correct in presuming it will
soon?

DKIM mails from this mailing lists
Hi,
I've got some problem receiving mails from this list. Now and then the
mails received from this list have an invalid dkim header. Therefore
they are rejected by my MTA.
This causes me missing same mails and from time to time I get some mail
