Hi all! I demoted a samba 4.10.8 (slackware 14.2) ad dc called DC1 and joined to the domain a samba 4.20.4 (debian 12.7) called DC3. There is also a samba 4.18.9 (slackware 15.0) ad dc called DC2 which for the moment holds all the FSMO roles. Hi, It appears to be an error in dbcheck, where we're making assertions on the primaryGroupID despite the fact that it is dealing with an inactive link. It should be safe to ignore, and should disappear once the stale link is deleted permanently after the usual tombstone period. There probably needs to be a bug filed though, to make sure we fix this unintended error. Cheers, Garming On

Hi Marc, Unfortunately, I have around 600 of these errors. I've tested manually deleting an offending entry using ldbedit -H and the subsequent dbcheck test goes down by 1 so this would suggest that I can fix it this way... although not sure if this is: a.
