Failover
Hi guys,
I have a domain with Samba 4.0.5 domain controllers and also a failover
DRBD shared disk, where the "active" DC controlls the access to the disk.
DOMAINC01 - 10.48.16.150
DOMAINC02 - 10.48.16.151
DOMAINCHA - 10.48.16.155 << this would be the failover IP, which works
perfectly on Windows XP clients.
I can see the shares, just like on DOMAINC01 or DOMAINC02 and if the

Time sync
Hy Guys,
My samba version: 4.0.13
ntp version: 4.2.6p3
Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS
I have a weird problem, I sat up the time service via
https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Configure_NTP
On the servers I have no firewall.
This port is open when i check with nmap, ntp runs.
Looks like all of my Windows 7 clients works fine but w32tm /resync says
Permission denied 0x8007005, so not that good :)

Dovecot LDAP using custom field to allow users to connect
Hi all,
I'd like to know if it's possible to add a custom field when the
authentification is made by users.
My boolean custom field will be for example "AllowUser" (false/true).
I'm trying to do something like that but it's not working :
/user_filter =
(&(objectClass=posixAccount)(uid=%u)(objectClass=myclass)(AllowUser=TRUE))/
This is my dovecot/ldap

Dovecot LDAP using custom field to allow users to connect
Hi Michael,
Just noticed you are using auth_bind_userdn which we don't.
I think you may need to use pass_filter rather than user_filter??
Best Regards
Martin

[Asterisk 1.8.3.2] Mixmonitor not working on member(calling part) channel of Queue.
Hi,
I have a simple Queue(named 1) and one Member(SIP/1119) logged into it. Now
when a caller is placed into Queue and gets connected with Member, I want to
record the call. It does record the call when I use MixMonitor() before
placing the caller into Queue, but not when MixMonitor() is used in macro
which is called upon Member answering the call.
Following is my dialplan...

plotting the result of a nonlinear regression
Hello,
to plot the result of a singular non linear regression (using nls) I usually use the function plotfit, for example:
r.PTG.V<-nls(PTG.P~ fz1(Portata, a,b), data=dati, start=list(a=10, b=10), nls.control(maxiter=200), algorithm='port',
trace=TRUE, na.action=na.omit, lower=list(a=0, b=10), upper=list(a=100, b=100))

Who/What is making my field backgrounds yellow?
On *certain* fields in my rails forms the backgrounds are yellow. If I
check the page source there is no clue as to why. However, if I *save*
the page to disk and then open it in a text editor I can see that the
affected fields are like:
<input style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 160);"
id="contact_first_name" name="contact[first_name]"
