doveadm backup from gmail with imapc
Hello again, I am still stuck I'm afraid. I now have doveadm backup working perfectly from a small gmail mailbox (a few hundred messages), but when I try the same configuration (apart from usernames and passwords obviously) with a large gmail mailbox (around 60,000 messages), doveadm connects successfully, replicates the gmail folder tree, then produces no further output until about 30

doveadm backup panic, dsync-ibc.c, dsync_ibc_send_mailbox_tree_node, assertion failed: (*name != NULL)
Hi folks, Not sure how much extra information I'll be able to provide on this, but I'm experiencing a consistent, reproducible dsync backup error with a single, specific account I'm trying to migrate from UW-IMAP / Panda (mix mailbox) to a Dovecot 2.2.32 cluster. Didn't spot any core files laying around. Doveadm backup output, dovecot --version and dovecot -n below:

Using dsync+imapc for migration from other IMAP servers to Dovecot
Dovecot v2.1 hg (http://hg.dovecot.org/dovecot-2.1) now supports doing e.g.: dsync -o plugin/imapc_user=remote.user at example.com -o plugin/pass=remote-password mirror imapc:imap.example.com dsync will preserve message UIDs and UIDVALIDITY/UIDNEXT values for mailboxes, just like with all other storage backends. A couple of bad things: 1) It currently fetches one message at a time from server.

Getting duplicated mails while using imapc and dsync
Hello list, currently I'm migrating our old mailserver to a new mail architecture that is based on a master-master dovecot setup (two machines). The replication actually works but I'm also syncing our mails from the current mailserver via imapc on a regular schedule. For some reason I've in most (but not all) imapc-synced mailboxes duplicated emails that I also can't

Dsync fails to connect to remote IMAP server
Hi! You need to add a ssl_client_ca_* setting even if you don't want the imapc to verify the remote cert. I'll have to look into why this has been made a requirement in the code, since it has to do what with how we do OpenSSL initialization.
