Migrating existing local Maildir structure to dovecot server Maildir
Hello, I'm about to migrate a number of existing users who have been using POP3 with emails stored locally in KMail's Maildir format into an IMAP solution based on Dovecot. Will it be possible to simply move all the KDE Maildir folders from the local PCs to the Maildir folder on the IMAP server running Dovecot and then have the emails accessible on the server, or will this most likely

Using a "compose key" on Centos6
Hi all! I ran into a description of how to set up a compose key for F21 and decided to see if it would work on C6. Well, the right configuration dialog exists, and I can choose a key to use, but after completion, the compose key doesn't seem to work. It works like a charm on Centos-7, though. If I select Right Win as the compose key, typing <compose>ae results in "?" as I

Compose in roxygen - order of function application?
Hello, I wonder if anyone has used the Compose() function in the 'roxygen' package. I find its behavior a bit surprising: > f <- function(x) x + 1 > g <- function(x) x * 2 > f(g(2)) [1] 5 > Compose(f,g)(2) [1] 6 > g(f(2)) [1] 6 > Compose(g,f)(2) [1] 5 I would have expected Compose(f,g)(x) == f(g(x)) but it appears the order of application is reversed. It would be

CentOS Stream 8 is transitioning to be ahead of RHEL 8 - Compose push to mirror operations affected
Hi Folks, As many of you know, CentOS Stream 8 is currently produced using an "inside out" workflow, meaning RHEL builds happen first and then are reflected in CentOS Stream afterward. This is not the case with CentOS Stream 9 where builds are performed directly by maintainers at Red Hat from merge requests in gitlab.com. The CentOS Stream team is busy working on a project to migrate

[PATCH 1/2] launch: direct: manually compose iscsi:// URIs
Move the creation of iscsi URIs away from make_uri, composing them manually: this is needed because libxml assumes colons (':') to separate user and password for the authority part, while with iscsi URIs the separator is percentage ('%'), which would be percent-encoded by libxml. --- src/launch-direct.c | 31 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++--- 1 file changed, 28 insertions(+), 3

Saving ActiveRecord objects that are composed of other objects
I''ve got two pretty simple model objects Page and PagePart. Page has_many PageParts and PageParts belong_to Pages. When updating PageParts for a specific Page I''d like to be able to do: page.parts[x].content = ''changed'' page.save and expect that should the validation pass the changed page part would be saved as well, but this doesn''t seem to

Hi, everyone. I''ve been using Rails for a little while now, and am really, really enjoying the experience. I''m having the darndest time trying to send e-mail whose contents are in HTML, and which includes a PDF attachment. Following various instructions (in the Pragmatic book, as well as at <http://wiki.rubyonrails.com/rails/pages/HowToSendEmailsWithActionMailer>),

for users of thunderbird, up to 17.0.9 anyway, when you compose a reply to post that has long lines, over 72 characters, pressing <ctrl+r> will form line breaks and quotes in reply. that is if you have; edit > preferences > advanced > general > config editor search: wraplength mailnews.wraplength default integer 72 doing such makes for easier reading of

Looking for NoteWorthy Composer users under Wine
I am looking for people that is running NWC under Wine. I think there is a bug or something similar. As Wine can not fine the file nwcv15.ttf which, however, is placed in the right. I would like to know from other users how they have fixed this problem. I have got a lot of great help from different people to set up the font directory and all, but that does not seem enough to make this

Noteworthy Composer crashes when print preview is called.
I have just installed Noteworthy Composer v2.0 It seems to work fine except when I try to call the print preview. The print preview shows up briefly and then Noteworthy shuts itself down. This is almost my first attempt to install anything using Wine. Not quite my first as I installed the Noteworthy Viewer as a trial and that worked once I had sorted out how to get MIDI working. Print preview

Personal Composer
I have installed Personal Composer 2 in Wine 1.0.1 (Windows XP) under Ubuntu Linux 9.04. The Program seems to run OK, and I can enter notes into a musical sheet, but when I try to play the music there is no Sound! If I look in the Wine Audio Properties, the ALSA Driver is checked, and I have 'Wine midi driver' and 'Midi Through' under MIDI In/Out Devices; pressing the Test Sound

Re: Noteworthy Composer under WineDbg
Hi Andrew, I'm moving this over to wine-users for now as there isn't a bug identified yet that I can see. Andrew wrote: > > fixme:commdlg:PRINTDLG_OpenDefaultPrinter Could not open printer > > EPSONStylusC42?! > No such dialog is displayed This is a red herring. It's not trying to display a dialog, it's telling you that the default printer specified in win.ini

gpgcheck of rpms / anaconda / kickstart / composer install
Hi all, I wonder if the gpgchecks are done while installing a system via anaconda? Any experts here? I was playing with the livemedia-creator and had a 3rd party repo in my ks file. The packages were installed without any problems although having not any key in the rpm db imported. So that leads me to the assumption that the gpgchecks are not done. How to get the integrity check done?

systemd environment var composed of vars
Is it somehow possible to use composed ENV vars in a systemd unit file? Simple example, env file has ADDRESS=foo PORT=bar LISTEN=${ADDRESS}:${PORT} putting ${ADDRESS}:${PORT} directly in the unit file works, $LISTEN not. Does systemd supports such var substitution? -- Leon
