Hello- I upgraded Samba from 4.6 to 4.8 on a FreeBSD 11.2 server. After the upgrade, users cannot access the HOME folder share but they can access other shares just fine. Hi Rowland, do you maybe have any idea what could potentially cause this bug? smbclient thrwos me back a mount error(5): Input/output error when I try to mount the remote smbFS. It doesn't happen with my MacOSx and Windows 7 as client but it happens with Linux OSs and with a Konica Minolta copy machine with a scanner to samba function.
