Introducing py-pkg: Python wrappers for libpkg (pkgng)
Hello, I've been working on getting Python wrappers for libpkg (pkgng) for the past few weeks and I think that I've reached the point to actually announce it :) Anyway, straight to the point. You can find on the below listed links information about the libpkg Python wrappers along with example usage, documentation and of course the code repository. * Introduction to py-pkg along with

[LLVMdev] -Qunused-arguments
I'm getting a lot of this from make check: g++: unrecognized option `-Qunused-arguments' This presumably comes from commit 94666 (test/LLVMC/ExternOptions.td and other files). That option is specific to clang, isn't it? Should %compile_cxx be picking up clang instead of my system's g++? -- IMPORTANT NOTICE: The contents of this email and any attachments are confidential and

[LLVMdev] Android build patch
I've been trying to get LLVM JIT compilation working on Android for the last few days. The patch I needed to get it to build is attached (nothing major - CMake configuration header typo and avoiding open64 which is missing on Android). Sadly even though it builds I can't get generated code to work - it appears at the moment that the generated code doesn't have execute permissions

Another node is heartbeating in our slot!
All, We are having some problems getting OCFS2 to run, we are using kernel 2.6.15 with OCFS2 1.2.1. Compiling the OCFS2 sources went fine and all modules load perfectly. However, we can only mount the OCFS2 volume on one machine at a time, when we try to mount the volume on the 2 other machines we get an error stating that another node is heartbeating in our slot. When we mount the volume

[PATCH] build: disable -Winline
Older GCC versions (e.g. < 4.9) may complain about inline functions that cannot be inlined (growing the generated code). It is not really a problem for us, so just suppress again the warning. [LLVMdev] Android build patch
The CMake changes look fine to me, landed in r194051! As for the JITMemoryManager.cpp changes, not so sure. Did you try disabling the 'hack' described below instead of patching it? | ||//===----------------------------------------------------------------------===//|| ||// Function stubs that are invoked instead of certain library calls|| ||//|| ||// Force the following functions to be

Problem compiling Icecast on RedHat
Hi, I'm trying to build Icecast on a RedHat AS3 workstation. All the requisite libraries are already bundled with the distro. IThe compile runs for maybe 30 seconds (maybe less) and then fails. The last few lines of the make output are appended below. I'm not even sure what it's actually complaing about. gcc -pthread -g -O2 -o icecast cfgfile.o main.o logging.o sighandler.o

[LLVMdev] Android build patch
I suppose I was just doing the "smallest" thing. Disabling the hack entirely also allows it to build and is probably the correct thing to do. I'm not that knowledgeable about glibc vs. Bionic differences so the thing to do would be to test whether those functions work without the "hack" on Android. Unfortunately at the moment I can't get my Android JIT test program

Linking the FreeBSD base system with lld -- status update
As I've mentioned before[1] I've been regularly attempting to build the FreeBSD/amd64 base system with lld, in order to keep track of progress and identify issues on an ongoing basis. As of last November a 'buildword' (i.e., userland build) ran to completion, with several workarounds applied to the FreeBSD base system. However, the result did not actually work. I'm pleased to
