Does samba support IDN (Internationalized domain name) ?
Hi list,
Does samba support IDN (Internationalized domain name) ?
I created a domain in windows server 2008 (function level 2003) and domain
name is "TEST???.COM <http://xn--test-ooa2iub.COM>".
I want to join domain as a member.
When I run "kinit administrator at TEST???.COM" after setting krb5.conf, kinit
failed.

Managesieve AUTHENTICATE with IDN using UTF-8 or encode into ACE?
Hey dovecot-users,
clients that speak telnet based protocols like http, smtp usually encode
IDN (International Domain Names) containing UTF-8 characters into ACE
(ASCII Compatible Encoding) punycode.
I am wondering what the case was with managesieve (RFC 5804). For
example if I was using a username like "user@???.example.com" with the
AUTHENTICATE command. Would that need to be encoded

[PATCH] Early request for comments: U2F authentication
Hey,
Recently, the FIDO alliance announced U2F [1], and Google announced
that it supports U2F tokens (?security keys?) for Google accounts [2].
As the spec is not a very short read, I gave a presentation last week
about U2F which may be a good quick introduction to the details [3].
For the rest of this mail, I?ll assume that you read either my
presentation or the spec, but feel free to post any

adding row ID numbers by group
Hello R community,
I am hoping for some help with the following problem.
I have a data frame containing various groups. These groups are identified
by a grouping variable. I would like to add a sequential ID number to each
group to later sort these individuals within each group by this ID number.
Here is what the final result should look like:
ID group var2
1 1 1
2 1 2

HP T1500 INTL
I have a HP T1500 INTL that isn't picked up under 2.4.3. I added the USB
device ID to tripplite-hid.c like:
/* HP T1500 INTL */
{ USB_DEVICE(HP_VENDORID, 0x1f09), battery_scale_1dot0 },
and it seems to work just fine:
# upsc UPS1 at localhost
battery.charge: 100
battery.charge.low: 10
battery.charge.warning: 30
battery.temperature: 23.9
battery.type:
battery.voltage: 40.9

Patch for HP T1000 INTL
I got HP T1000 INTL UPS to work with NUT. Looks like it is more or
less equal to HP T750 INTL. I have only tested USB, not serial.

I rebuilt R with

[PATCH] U2F support in OpenSSH
At this point it should be obvious, but let me state that I don?t have
motivation/time to spend on this right now, given that upstream shows 0
interest in this at all :(.
Hence, any help on this is welcome.
