AMD Liano A8 Processors supported on CentOS 6.x?
Hi. Red Hat is saying that AMD Liano A8 CPU's are not supported by RHEL/CentOS 6: https://access.redhat.com/knowledge/articles/65431 Is that true? What can I expect if I try to install CentOS 6.3 on PC with that CPU? -- Ljubomir Ljubojevic (Love is in the Air) PL Computers Serbia, Europe Google is the Mother, Google is the Father, and traceroute is your trusty Spiderman... AMD IOMMU + SME + amdgpu regression
Hi, amdgpu + IOMMU + SME is now working for me on 5.7, yay! But, it is broken on torvalds master, boo. On boot, depending on which exact commit I test, it either hangs immediately (with built-in driver, before starting initramfs), displays some errors then hangs, or spams the screen with many amdgpu errors. I bisected the black screen hang to: commit dce8d6964ebdb333383bacf5e7ab8c27df151218

how to use intel UHD 630 display driver on CentOS 7.8?
Hello all, I just installed CentOS 7.8 on ASRock B460M Pro4 board. CPU is i5-10400. The display device is inside the CPU and the max resolution is 4096x2160 for HDMI. But when I connect my small screen (max full HD), the display resolution is only 800x600. >From seeing some info here, I installed EPEL for yum, and inxi. CPU scheduling of domains and vcpus
My question is related to an earlier discussion on the list ( http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-devel/2007-03/msg01395.html). Is there any plan for implementing gang scheduling (of all vcpus of a domain) in xen? I see that gang scheduling is mentioned in almost all the latest talks about xen (posted on xen.org). It seems to me that gang scheduling would be desirable, specially if there

[PATCH] nv50/accel: Fix mangled A8+A8 shader.
Turns out we used a misaligned long instruction near the end, and the shader was getting killed after writing R, A components. This has gone unnoticed since the remaining G, B outputs aren't actually used. --- src/nv50_accel.c | 5 +++-- 1 files changed, 3 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) diff --git a/src/nv50_accel.c b/src/nv50_accel.c index 5fa539c..1218e18 100644 --- a/src/nv50_accel.c

It's currently enabled for floating point builds at complexity 7 or higher. Both fixed and float builds default to complexity 9 in 1.1. -r
