Disabling CDR for all dialed parties in Asterisk 12
Hello, is it possible to disable the CDR record creation for all dialed parties? From my limited testing it looks like CDR_PROP(disable) is effective only for the first party (the one specified before the first ampersand in the Dial application argument) and I can't find any way to disable it for the other ones (I think the CDR in question is written after the Dial completes). Is it by design?

Segmentation fault
You should be able to define multiple data sources. However I'm having my own issues. I have my dialplan accessing one maria database which is hosted locally on the asterisk server then logging cdr with odbc adaptive which connects to maria on a remote machine. This works fine except when the remote server is out of reach the calls zombie and eventually lead to a fault. The cli imply that the

Touch monitor file name format
Hi list, The default file name format for touch monitor (automon) recordings is: auto-${EPOCH}-caller-calee It's possible to use the ${TOUCH_MONITOR} variable to change the 'caller-calee' part, but what about the 'auto-${EPOCH}-' part? I've been trying to use ${MONITOR_EXEC_ARGS} to add some more commands after the somix sequence for mp3 conversion. This should

SetCDRUserField not working in A@H?
I have A@H 2.1, running * 1.2.1. I am trying to put information into the userfield with SetCDRUserField and AppendCDRUserField. However, the field is never populated in the cdr - I've checked the csv files and the MySQL asteriskcdrdb table. The field is defined in the MySQL table, but is always empty. The csv files that get created don't have a userfield at all, that is, there

Switched from Asterisk 1.8 to 13 - CDR ringtime now always zero (Joshua C. Colp)
Regarding this I've read the specs linked to in detail, but I can find no mention anywhere of any change that implies or states that no ring time will be recorded anymore in Asterisk 13 and that all times in start and answer columns will now be equal for all calls. Can this be because I nowhere use the Answer() application in my dialplan when dialing out? -----Original Message----- From:

FW: re: Asterisk Outbound with Failover, alarm notification, dial status and hangupcause capturing to CDR from Dialplan
Managed to implement this on asterisk v1.4.24.1, Also, Hangupcause updating to user field. However, this only works on the edge of my voice network (demarcation point) It does not work on my internal routing boxes as I use IAX to route between remote sites. I was thinking of using some sort of SIP variables to transport these results over the IAX trunk.. Any bright ideas folks???

CDR Records "s" as dst
I am using VoiceOne http://voiceone.it/ as my management interface. I am not 100% sure when it started, but my CDR is now full of "s" as the DST instead of the actual dialed number. As I understand it - it is because it is being recorded in the CDR while in a macro (as below). Is there any work around so that I can record the actual dialed number? [macro-dialout] exten =

Local channel scenario flushes CDR before dialplan end
Hi, There's a quite complex dialplan scenario and I found out that CDR of main channel is flushed right after hangup on Local channel. I will try to simplify my scenario: [incoming] exten => 555,1,Noop(do something before using local channel, fill some variables, play IVR menus and so on) same => n,Dial(Local/555 at office/n,,g) same => n,Noop(Notice the option "/n" and

[HOWTO] Priorize one destination over another on a link
Hello List, The list sorted my problem thus I shall contribute back ;-) PROBLEM: ======== I am posting this example, where I have a "Reunion" link of 30 channels. If i send all the traffic (proper + mobile) on the link, the less profitable proper traffic fills the link and leaves no channel for more profitable mobile traffic. Some kind of priority is needed to always leave space for
