"net idmap dump" and "wbinfo" shows different GIDs for same SID
Hi! I'm apologize for my poor English, but have a question. This question is a shorter than one i posted not so long ago (https://lists.samba.org/archive/samba/2013-September/175649.html) and received no answer for a while. In this question i took a log from the different server, but this is no matter: the problem persists on all of my servers. So, my OS is FreeBSD 9.0, my Samba is 3.6.18

rsync errors
Ah... there's your answer. ssh is working fine, as you say, but you're invoking rsync without telling it to user ssh, so it's using rsh. If you've got this, you don't need rsyncd.conf. The syntax you're using tells rsync to use an external transport. rsync -e ssh file rmt_host:/tmp Tim Conway tim.conway@philips.com 303.682.4917 Philips Semiconductor - Longmont TC 1880

Problem with Dynamo-Package
Good day, I am facing a problem when I am installing the dynamo-package and loading it. After I installed the package, I received the following warning message: "In file.create(f.tg) : cannot create file 'C:\PROGRA~2\R\R-28~1.1/doc/html/packages.html', reason 'Permission denied'" and when I load the package, an error message pops up saying that "the application

thanks jeff and jeremie, i am attaching 40 rows of the data, randomly picked from the large table. the vars are - entity (1-46, with some missing IDs not included due to missing data), group (1/2), sub group (1/2/3/4), year (2002-2016), y, x1 and x2 - large values included due to size of players - (may not be considered as outliers as they constitute the sample and are important countrywide

BlackBox testing
I am porting SWX (swxformat.org) to Ruby. It''s a data exchange format that assembles data structures into native SWF bytecode. Here''s my dilemma: The original SWX implementation (PHP) tests a lot of methods that wouldn''t be included in the public API (if PHP properly supported encapsulation that is). The PHP implementation really only includes a single public

Fitting ACD model
Hi - I'm wondering if there is any existing package in R that facilitates ACD (Autoregressive Conditional Duration) model. I googled. Apparently there were packages dynamo and fACD. However, they do not seem to be on any CRAN. I am wondering if anyone could point me to an existing package (if any). Thank you. -r

VMGuest IOMeter numbers
Hello, first time posting. I''ve been working with zfs on and off with limited *nix experience for a year or so now, and have read a lot of things by a lot of you I''m sure. Still tons I don''t understand/know I''m sure. We''ve been having awful IO latencies on our 7210 running about 40 VM''s spread over 3 hosts, no SSD''s / Intent Logs.

Please help with configuration (Drake Drake)
Hello Drake, I am doing the same... Spanish TV to my UK home, and UK TV to my Spanish home, using Kodi and TVHeadend!!It works really well, but find that I need powerful PCs running Kodi/PVR-HTS to prevent buffering. The Tinc VPN does not filter ports - all ports are available at each end. Since you're likely to be behind NAT this is safe. The port numbers 9981 and 9982 are only needed in the

You are the one with data. Supply what you have (or a simulated version of same, hence the reading recommendation) using dput, and someone may suggest how to transform it. In most cases a simple tabular format (data frame) is sufficient. -- Sent from my phone. Please excuse my brevity. [LLVMdev] doc about llvm JIT
Hi, I am interested in the JIT compiler of llvm, namely, lli. I want to know more about it, but I found little documentation about it. There are a few paragraphs about JIT in the CGO paper, a list of options dumped from "lli --help-hidden", and a short webpage of lli in the website. But many issues are not clearly described. For example, 1. When JIT is available
