ddns update fails for reverse zone
Hi everyone.
I have a Linux nsupdate client sending dns update requests via sssd.
Just gone from 4.1.2 to 4.1.3. I've done this:
http://linuxcostablanca.blogspot.com.es/2013/09/samba4-bind9dlz-stale-dns-records-with.html
After which the forward zone update is working fine:

S4 nsupdate tsig error with internal server
Hi
I know that this has been addressed before but I couldn't find a
solution. Summary: when attempting to write a dns record using nsupdate,
nothing gets written to the zone due to the error:
; TSIG error with server: tsig verify failure
Everything is working. We can login to the domain from the same client
and we have sssd sending the dyndns update requests which also produce

Signal 11 on activity from XP SP2 clients (Samba 2.2.8a on SuSE 9.0)
I've got two brand-new, fully-patched XP SP2 clients who are suffering a
mysterious malaise. These two machines will cause a smbd panic when
printing or accessing files on a somewhat random basis.
Now, the puzzling thing is that three other XP SP2 clients, including one of
the exact same configuration, have no issues whatsoever. I've basically
ruled out hardware failure on the server,

Maybe the check could have a configuration option to disable it? That

I'm new here, but I feel like chiming in, I hope my opinions are
welcome. At first glance at this thread it seems unnecessary to argue
about the necessity of these checks when when the option exists to give
users the choice.
Adding configuration option(s) for users who wish to bypass these checks
could allow experienced users to do what they need to, and less
experienced users could

Scaffold with Foreign Key fields possible?
When you do a scaffold, is there a fast way to force it to let you enter
in data for any foreign/primary key fields?
Thanks,
